Wake up to sun-kissed waves and bayside views at On the Rocks, a sprawling waterfront retreat nestled just steps from Indian Rocks Beach. This luxurious 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath haven sleeps up to 10 guests—making it perfect for multigenerational families or large friend groups.

Heated Pool & Foosball Fun: Relax by the water or challenge friends to a foosball showdown on the stunning second-floor deck.
Sleeps 10 Comfortably: Four bedrooms—including five king-sized beds and a versatile king + queen bedroom with a giant TV—and a sleeper sofa.
Beach Bliss: A mere 6-minute walk to the beach (you can almost feel the sand between your toes already!).
Open, Light-Filled Living Space: The airy, upgraded interior flows effortlessly from the kitchen to dining and living areas—perfect for gatherings large and small.

Bedroom & Bathroom Layout
Master Suite: King bed + ensuite bathroom with tub & shower.
Bedrooms 2 & 3: King beds.
Bedroom 4: Queen bed.
Bedroom 5: King bed.
Bedroom 6: King + Queen combo with an 85″ TV and foosball table!

Bathrooms: Full master bath; a second full bath; and a convenient half bath near the common spaces.

Pet-friendly with a $150 fee per dog.

-After booking you must sign a contract and send a copy of your ID. YOU HAVE TO SEND IT WITHIN THE FIRST 24 HRS.

Note: Pool heaters run from Nov 1-April 1 (if pool is not reaching 80 degrees earlier then Nov 1, then we will turn the heater on for your stay, otherwise if the temp is 80 or above we will keep it off. Pool heaters do not run 24 hours a day. Pool pumps run 8-12 hours a day and that is when the pool heaters work. Additionally, pool heaters may not reach temp if when temps drop into the 50s or lower.

Stayed at this lovely home for thanksgiving. Had everything we needed, close to restaurants, beach, bars, couldn’t have worked out better!! The beach was wonderful as well. Very walkable to house. My daughter goes to University of Tampa and the drive was very easy for her to join us and to go into Tampa for the day to explore.

Family vacation

We enjoyed our stay at the " on the Rocks " The place as advertised, plenty of room for our family. The place was clean well organized. Plenty pans plates to make your own dinner. Outside is well kept, the pool heater is a great addition on cooler months. The host is very helpful, quick response to any questions. Highly recommend.

Had a great time at this property! Plenty of room for 11 of us. Easy walk to the beach and restaurants. Communication with the owner/ property manager was excellent. We had an issue with the coffee maker, and a new one arrived in no time at all. We would definitely stay here again!!

Family vacation

We had an amazing stay at this property! The house was big, beautiful, and spotless when we arrived. Check-in was smooth and easy, and Alan was a wonderful, responsive host who made sure we had everything we needed. Plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy. Would absolutely stay here again!

Wonderful family stay

Great Home and Location

Our family of 10 loved our stay. Home was spacious and had everything we needed. It would have been perfect if there was another full bathroom, but we made it work. A short walk to the beach, restaurants, bakery and an ice cream shop. Really enjoyed walking back to the beach everyday to watch the sunset. Alan and his team was great! Will definitely stay here again!

Wonderful rental property

Well appointed large family home on canal within a short walk to several bar/restaurants, ice cream and coffee shops and the beach. Property manager Alan was very attentive to our questions and requests, so much so that we have rented with him again in 2026!

Great property, enjoyable area, prompt responses

This home was great! Very spacious, lots of room to stretch out, clean and in a nice area. Enjoyed both the pool and dock for boating purposes. Restaurants and grocery store close by. Alan was responsive and very helpful with a few initial questions upon arrival. Would definitely recommend this home, as we had a very enjoyable time!

Perfect vacation!

We stayed two weeks in this beautiful, immaculate house. The decor was very inviting, the beds were extremely comfortable, everything we needed was provided. The rest of our family joined us our second week. There was plenty of room for all 11 of us in this spacious home. We were within walking distance of the beach and many restaurants and amenities. Alan was always very prompt at getting back to me if I had any questions. We all had a fantastic vacation!

Outdoor area needs TLC

This home was selected for our short staycation before schools started because of the outdoor set up. The pool area was green with algae under the stairs, weeds between pavers, the outdoor kitchen area was dirty, the grill hasn’t been cleaned for a while, so therefore not a very inviting area.

Good experience

The property had some small issues of items not working. However, the property manager was very accommodating, and communicated well to ease any issues. He also allowed early check in which was appreciated. Overall location was very good as it is only a five minute walk to Indian Rocks Beach. The beach is very private and and very picture es que. Truly one of the best beach experiences I have had. The town had plenty of accommodations and would highly recommend heading over to John’s Pass. Good experience and would visit again.
