Classic 1950s Urban Colorado Bungalow will bring a smile to any traveler. Remodeled in 2020, this spacious retreat has all of the amenities and convenience for any stay.

If the cozy 3-bedrooms, original hardwood floors, large picture windows, unique all-weather breezeway, and family-sized kitchen weren’t enough... let us take you to the back garden. Here we invite you enjoy the tranquility of a restorative, solo night under the stars, cozied-up around the firepit with an evening beverage.

Dogs are welcome for a fee and must follow pet rules.

I live close by for emergencies and I’m easy to connect with via the app or phone or email.
Located in historic Wheat Ridge, the bungalow is a 5-minute drive into Olde Town Arvada, hop the RTD G-Line to downtown Denver, easily dip down to the fabulous 38th Avenue Social Corridor, or head to the Iconic Lakewood Amusement Park (if you dare). The neighborhood vibe is peaceful, allowing for long walks and easy access to the Clear Creek Trail. All surrounded by suburban conveniences without the sinking feeling of cookie-cutter suburbia.

Nice/Safe Property

We came to visit our kids who live in Denver and Leadville and rented this property to spend time together. We loved the house and neighborhood. Nice restaurants in Arvada and Sloans Lake. I would highly recommend this property.

Snowy Getaway

This stay was so lovely, and the host was so acoommodating. The propoerty us huge and beautiful! It was so clean, but cozy. When I got there they had little andes mints on the towels, which are my favorites. The host was very responsive and helpful whenever I needed anything. I was visiting family and this was like my little getaway. The kitchen was so well stocked, I made soup and enjoyed coffee every morning. I would highly recommend this place for a family, the backyard is huge and there are a lot of different activities for kids. It's also a great place just for adults.

We really enjoyed our stay! Home had personal touches that we loved and the location was ideal with family in Golden. Will stay here again, for sure.

Early Thanksgiving

Property worked out for our family members with infants and toddlers, plenty of space, large fully equipped kitchen! Lots of games and a great backyard with a fire pit we enjoyed! This is the second time we've used this property and once again, it didn't disappoint!

Lovely place, surrounding area, and service by host

Everything was generally great. Only notation I would suggest is to advise that the keypad for the code is on the actual door above the handle, not the pad on the doorframe. It was hard to find in the dark.
