4 ladies traveling for 3/4 of fun. Red Rocks concert , Golden, Larimar Square… the location was perfect!! The house is beautiful/adorable and everything you see in the pics!! We couldn’t have been happier!

Julia’s house is amazing! The location is conveniently located to downtown Denver, Red Rocks, and many other nearby attractions. The house itself is gorgeous and cozy, and the mattresses were super comfortable! Julia was very responsive to messages and very helpful with accomadting check-in requests. Would love to stay here again next time I’m in Denver!

This place gives you the home away from home feel. Great back patio, nice kitchen with everything you need. Two bedrooms on the ground floor, two below (with windows), baths on both floors. Very comfortable when hanging out, lots of restaurants nearby, and very convenient to LODO, Red Rocks, and the roads to the mountains.

Perfect property within a drive to so many great destinations. The host was so helpful and the house had everything we needed including chairs and a cooler for our tailgate at the Red Rocks!

The listing does a good job of accurately representing the house. Its spacious with plenty of rooms. Its a quick walk to the light rail for easy transit to downtown Denver. Its a great location to get away from the city but close enough to get downtown in a quick drive or light rail. The host was detailed with check in / check out instructions. Overall we had a great time. Some highlights of the place:-TVs in each room and the living room.-Keurug / drip coffee machine fully supplied-Plenty of dishes to use.-Very clean house-Quiet neighborhood-Very easy clean up procedure. Some hosts have lengthy lists and still charge a cleaning fee, but this host keeps it simple. - Parking is easy as well right on the driveway or street near the property.

This property was great! There was a view of the mountains when you walk out the front door and look to the left. The floor plan is very spacious, plenty of room in all the bedrooms and bathrooms. The backyard area/patio was great for sitting outside and admiring the night sky. Offstreet parking was clutch. Julia was very helpful and communicative both before and after our stay. I have nothing bad to say about this property as a whole! One very minor complaint: the pillows on the beds were not very firm. If I ever return to Denver for another vacation, I will absolutely try to stay here again. I highly recommend this property!

Fantastic location, easy to get anywhere in the Denver area by light rail, bus, or car. Kitchen was well stocked. Rooms were large and comfortable. Home was super clean and spacious. Bathrooms were great. Parking was fantastic.

This house worked perfectly for our group of 5. The house was in a great location , downtown and hiking/mountains were both easily accessible. The house was very clean and comfortable, the beds in particular were very comfortable. The kitchen and house was well equipped with everything we needed. We enjoyed evenings in the backyard patio. The gas fire pit was a nice feature. Julia the host was very responsive, she responded quickly to our questions. Check in and check out we’re both very easy. Definitely recommend this property!
