Located 10 km from the Lakes of the Forêt d’Orient, 45 km from Troyes, and in the heart of the charming town of Morvilliers—just a stone’s throw from City Hall and nestled in a lush green setting—the “Numéro 2” cottage (accessible to guests with limited mobility) welcomes you for a comfortable and peaceful stay with family or friends. Tastefully and completely renovated, it blends authentic Champagne charm with modern amenities for a perfect countryside getaway. It’s the ideal starting point for exploring the treasures of the Aube region: the Champagne vineyards, forests, the lakes of the Forêt d’Orient, Nigloland, and picturesque villages are all within easy reach. This cottage is attached to another cottage that sleeps 6, and a cottage for 2 is located directly across the street. The village has a general store. You’ll have access to a bright living area with a sitting area (including a sleeper sofa), a dining area, and a fully equipped open-concept kitchen. On the first floor, there is a wheelchair-accessible bathroom (shower, sink, and toilet), a separate toilet, and a laundry room. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms with double beds (160x200), one twin bedroom (two 90x190 beds), and a bathroom with a shower, sink, and separate toilet. Fans are provided. Outside (garden currently being landscaped), enjoy a private patio with patio furniture, a barbecue, lounge chairs, and a parasol—perfect for breakfast in the sun or peaceful evenings under the stars. Private parking space under a carport and additional parking spots on the street. Beds are made upon arrival; bath and household linens are provided; heating and electricity are included in the price of your stay.
