Il condominio è un complesso più piccolo situato direttamente sulla famosa Siesta Key - riconosciuta per la sua sabbia bianca fine e polverosa - Acque calde, brezze tropicali e tramonti stimolanti.
La nostra spiaggia scende gradualmente nelle calde acque del golfo per nuotare e guadare in sicurezza. Sia che il tuo obiettivo sia una vacanza in famiglia di una settimana o qualche mese di sollievo dall'inverno settentrionale, Sea Shell # 209 e la zona di Siesta Key offrono divertimento tutto l'anno.
Questa unità dispone di 2 camere da letto (una con letto matrimoniale e seconda camera con 2 letti matrimoniali) NUOVI MATERASSI CONFORTEVOLI! 2 bagni completi e molto spazio nell'armadio, una cucina completamente attrezzata, TV a grande schermo, NUOVI divani reclinabili in pelle e WI-FI gratuito, ampio soggiorno e zona pranzo. La nostra unità NON si affaccia sul golfo ma ha una vista parziale sull'oceano. L'edificio è DIRETTAMENTE SULLA SPIAGGIA CRESCENTE, letteralmente a pochi passi dalla spiaggia n. 1 negli Stati Uniti. PISCINA riscaldata tutto l'anno. 2 ascensori e un servizio lavanderia a gettoni disponibili su ogni piano del complesso di cinque piani.
Questo è un appartamento in affitto, non un hotel. Tuttavia, vengono fornite lenzuola e asciugamani. Per comodità, viene fornito un rotolo di carta igienica e un rotolo di carta assorbente da cucina, ma non forniamo forniture per l'intero soggiorno.

I highly recommend this Vrbo rental. The rental was super clean, updated and close to the beach and some restaurants. The owners were easy to reach if anything was needed and the check in/out process was super easy. My family and I hope to be back soon!

The condo was very clean with updated kitchen, bathrooms, and interior decor. Highly recommend. The only downfall was the construction work on the condos next door. Very loud at a very early hour! Overall, the condo was very nice. Gracious host.

The condo was great. Very clean, exactly as advertised. The location on Crescent beach was great. The proximity to multiple restaurants, ice cream shops, a small grocery store was perfect and all within an easy 5 min walk. Absolutely perfect!

We absolutely loved our stay! The condo was immaculate and honestly even better than the pictures. We were pleasantly surprised by how spacious it was—it felt much larger in person. Everything looks brand new and was impeccably clean.The beds were incredibly comfortable, as was all of the living room furniture, which made it so easy to relax after a day at the beach. And speaking of the beach—the location could not be better. It is literally about a 30-second walk to the sand!What really stood out was how much thought the owners put into every little detail. They truly seemed to anticipate everything we could possibly need, including plenty of beach toys, floaties, and extras that made our beach days even easier and more enjoyable.We really couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Beautiful, spacious, spotless, comfortable, and steps from the beach. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!
