Michael was very attentive with any issue. The back view is absolutely beautiful to watch a sunset. My boys enjoyed fishing off the dock. This was a great place to get around Orlando for what we needed to do.

I'm so glad the property worked out great for you! We are very centrally located so that whether you have something going on Downtown Orlando, or are visiting theme parks with family or even an event in Winter Garden or Winter Park you're close to it all! So many of the rentals are wayyyyy south in Kissimmee/St Cloud and you can easily be an hour away from something that you want to do in Orlando.

Wonderful stay

We had an amazing time staying here. The view across the pool and lake were unforgettable. We were coming for a wedding and the location was perfect, <30 min from Disney for a day trip and <30 mins from most of Orlando.

Extremely welcoming... from the welcome basket to the prompt responses.. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay...The pictures DO NOT give this property justice.. absolutely beautiful views.. and fireworks every night from the surrounding theme patks while sitting in The amazing hot tub or swimming in heated infinity pool...

The property and home is wonderful! It has amazing views of the lake from the living room and the pool. The pool was wonderful and the hot tub was great to go in after a long day at the parks. We could even see the fireworks from the parks while sitting in the living room. The kitchen has everything you need plus has a nice outdoor kitchen. The property was just as pictured and is very close to shopping, Universal Studios and restaurants.The best part was that the host went above and beyond to make sure our stay was great. He was very quick to respond to all of our needs and we can't wait to go back and stay again!!

The house is well maintained,neat and clean. The pool was clean and beautiful and the lake just below makes it look like one flows into the next. Everything was wonderful and the host was pleasant, easily accessible and helpful.

Amazing place and host

We have stayed in Florida quite a few times and this has been by far the best place we have stayed in. Everything about it was brilliant but particularly the outdoor area, we had the most relaxing time and I cannot rate this place enough. The host was brilliant and very communicative when I asked him questions. We would definitely recommend anyone to stay here!

Staying while attending daughter’s wedding.

Very spacious property with exceptional infinity pool, hot tub, pool. Great views as well and host , Michael was very good at attending to a few needs we had while staying. Highly recommend.

Thanks for the kind review. As any homeowner knows there's always something to take care of. We now keep a spare propane tank available for guests in case I'm not readily available and you're in the middle of preparing dinner!

I choose Michael G.s' lovely home for my family vacation in Orlando....the pictures were completely accurate but didnt prepare us for the extra touches that his rental provides (i.e. - plenty of pool towels & floats, most spices, including sugar, flour for most cooking needs & our grandkids love the thoughtful welcome basket he provided, after a long day of traveling!!) Fluffy bath towels & comfy beds were wonderful for the evening after days of Orlandos activities or the great amenities(pool, spa, ping pong table, kayaks, pier for fishing & of course the sailboat) of the house! My crew, of 8, thoroughly enjoyed our time at Michael Gs lovely rental!!! I would DEFINITELY recommend his property & would love to use it again when family comes to visit again, if available!!

Lovely and close to parks

This property is great for families. Our children loved the pool and the beach. Very close to the theme parks made for an easy trip. The hosts were thoughtful and the house was well appointed. Plenty of towels. High quality linens. They also thoughtfully provided some snacks and soda water. There is plenty of room for a family trip.

Infinity pool lake happy place

This place was perfect for our needs. Besides the great views, the large pool deck provided many opportunities for relaxation during the day and evening. The property is in a small gated street on edge of Metro West and highway access to anywhere else in greater Orlando. And quiet. It was fun getting to know Michael and Chelsea, too. Simply great hosts.

Son's Wedding

What a great host! Matt was very accommodating and very responsive! My family stayed at this location and hosted my son's groomsmen and sword detail (14) for pre-wedding brunch and photos. This place was the perfect indoor and outdoor space. The outdoor kitchen and pool side space was perfect. Thanks Matt for making our stay perfect!

Wonderful place, would go again

The property was lovely. You truly do have an undisturbed full lower level of a house with gorgeous views and a pool and spa. The location for us was great including the gated community for peace of mind. Enjoy the lake and pool but twenty minutes or so to most everything like universal. It was clean and really well stocked. It’s one of the best and most accurately portrayed places we’ve stayed. We grilled and swam and kayaked. Overall I loved it.

A perfect week with family

Thank you for providing the perfect backdrop for our Christmas vacay in Florida. The home exceeded our expectations, close to Disney, Cape Canaveral, Merritt Island, Apopka Lake and Leu gardens. Everyone was very cozy in their own room, sharing the common living spaces of kitchen, living room and dining. Very well supplied! The evenings and mornings were topped off with a swim in the heated pool or a dip in the hot tub or a kayak paddle out on to the lake. This home comes to you with my highest recommendation. I will return.

Absolute perfection!

The neighborhood and surrounding area was very quiet and peaceful, the perfect escape for the holiday weekend. The home was beautifully appointed, tastefully decorated, and had everything to make our stay comfortable and more. I'm a very light sleeper and the beds were fantastic. The pictures do not fully do the property justice, the backyard is a beautiful oasis. My group and I enjoyed using the outdoor kitchen, relaxing in the pool and hot tub for hours. We even took advantage of the lake and volleyball court. I look forward to booking this property again and would strongly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful stay with a view but close enough to the amenities and attractions of the city.

Great Location and property

Unfortunately the place wasn’t cleaned completely when arriving and had to wait, then still wasn’t done so had to finish up ourselves. The owner did refund cleaning fee but wasn’t the start we were expecting. Rest of our stay was pleasant and the house was nice. Beds comfortable and kids loved the pool and Pingpong. Cut off time for pool was kinda strange, but with proper communication with owners they were flexible with the time and it was understandable with respect to the neighbors so kids were happy. With long days at the parks they were happy to know they could go night swimming Note this is a shared property. Although both first and second floor living areas are completely separated, it’s just the lower location of the house that is accessible only from the backyard and fully accessible to the pool area. The top section is the main floor living for the homeowner. Overall we enjoyed it and would recommend this to anyone looking for a place to stay while visiting the area.

Thanks for your review. I can’t apologize enough for the cleaning situation. This was the one and only time someone different cleaned for me in the last 3 years. My main person was on summer vacation with her child and had a friend cover for her. Never again, I made it clear the backup company we use will be the only option going forward if she’s not available. I completely refunded the guest for the entire cleaning fee without being asked to do so because I felt so bad about everything. I’m just as upset that she wasn’t done at 4 pm and didn’t sweep properly. It was a very unfortunate situation on both sides that I never want to see happen again. Unfortunately we have to post pool hours because some guests think it’s appropriate to yell and play loud music at 3am. That’s the reason pool hours are listed. If you have an amazing and respectful family as Adam does you can enjoy the property as you see fit.
