We are so glad to hear that you had an amazing stay, and that you found the home well stocked and very comfortable. We have verified that the coffee pot is working properly, as well as the hot water heater in the home. We've also let the Cascade Village HOA know that the women's dressing room's sauna was not working for you, so they can get that fixed. During the very busy Holiday time frame, we do not typically accommodate early check-ins or late departures, as the housekeepers and property inspectors are not able to make that happen. This is communicated to guests before they arrive. We look forward to having you stay with Vacation Rental Collective again in the future!
