I'm glad to hear that the home provided a comfortable space for your family's snowboarding trip. We have verified that the Arrival Instructions are accurate for this property, so moving forward guests receive the correct instructions for the property. The departure instructions are general, so instructions about a dishwasher or washing machine (if the property does not have those appliances) can simply be ignored. The trash dumpster for the Lake Purgatory area is located on Lake Purgatory Dr., and you would have passed it multiple times going to/from the property. Sorry you couldn't find it. The 1 Star VRBO review is not accurate, as we did not give you that rating, which is why we directed you to VRBO to have them correct that for you, if needed.
