We were in town for a football game. The house and features were great. The host and the representatives whom I worked with were excellent, very attentive, responsive and accommodating. I would definitely recommend working with Chuck and his team.

Family fun in the sun

The property was well maintained with perfect location to all theme parks/shopping. The resort is filled with summer activities even if you decide not to go anywhere. The house was perfect for my family. Each bedroom beautiful and cleaned just like the pictures. You will not be disappointed. Also, the private lit pool and Jacuzzi was the final touch. I will definitely recommend and visit again. What a wonderful trip. The entire family enjoyed themselves and didn't want to leave. Great job Chuck and VRBO.

This house needs improvement pillow cover was nasty they haven’t been changed in a while they were brown walls dirty showers had mold in them and hair everywhere mattresses didn’t have mattress cover on them bed spreads had stains on them dishes was put up with food on them had to clean before taking a shower or using the bathroom kitchen counter had food on them water in ice maker from previous guest towel and rags need to be replaced and sheets need replacing I will never recommend to stay at this even though the lady put new pots and pans in the house and new covers she was really nice I don’t recommend anyone to stay here

Hi, thank you for your feedback and I’m truly sorry to hear about your experience. This is definitely not the standard we aim to provide. Regarding the wait time at the gate, unfortunately that is managed by the resort/HOA and can be busy during peak check-in times, but we understand how frustrating that can be. As for the cleanliness concerns, this is very concerning to us. We would have immediately sent our team back to address everything had we been notified during your stay. We’ve already shared your feedback with our cleaning team to ensure this does not happen again. We appreciate you also noting that our team member brought new pots, pans, and covers—we always try our best to respond quickly and improve the situation. Thank you again for your feedback, and we truly apologize for the inconvenience caused.
