We stayed at the villa as a party of 19, a mixed family with a variety of ages and needs. This villa was perfect, clean and exactly as advertised. The games room was a real hit, especially with the basketball machine for those more competitive among us. One of the racing arcades was not working, but this did not hinder our enjoyment. The pool and grill was also a real source of enjoyment for us as a family. The villa was spacious and beds comfortable. Communication with the hosts was exceptionally efficient. I can only thank them for a smooth and enjoyable experience. If we return to Florida would definitely use again.

The house was amazing. Chuck was a terrific manager and responded quickly when we had a question. Waterpark was outstanding. Thanks for the wonderful vacation.

The house was more than expected. The game room and pool kept us all entertained for the whole week. There was plenty of room to accommodate all 19 of us. Chuck, the host, was great. He responded to our requests in a timely manner and to our satisfaction. I would definitely stay there again.

This villa was amazing and accommodated all of our needs for my party of 15. The pics do it no justice as this place is beautiful and the amenities were beyond what we expected from ages 5 to 62. We had a great time. The host Chuck is very responsive and easy to get ahold of before and during our trip. I would definitely book this place again in the near future. The hospitality was great, the house was fantastic and the resort amenities were pleasing. Everyone was happy and excited with this rental

All in all we had a wonderful stay. There were 10 adults and 5 children in our group. The properly manager was very attentive with exceptional response. The only negative that I have to share is there was not an acceptable amount of supplies needed for a house this size: Only 1 roll of TP per bathroom (no extra rolls included), not enough dishwasher or laundry detergent, and the soap and shampoo provided in the bathrooms for washing and showers was only a tiny hotel soap bar and mini shampoo. We had to purchase many more essentials when we were down there. Also if you plan to do a lot of in-house meal preparations, the kitchen has very limited cookware/bake ware. Plenty of dinner and glass ware though.

We recently stayed at this 10-bedroom, 8-bathroom home with a large family group, and overall we had a great experience. The house was spacious, clean, and comfortably accommodated everyone. Having so many private bathrooms was a huge plus, and the check-in process was seamless and easy.The main area that could use improvement is the kitchen. For a home designed to host large groups, it was lacking in some basic supplies. We found there weren’t any dish towels, and limited cookware, or bakeware for preparing meals for a large family. We were glad we brought our own electric griddle, which made cooking breakfast for everyone much easier. We also noticed that some of the utensils had food residue on them and needed to be washed before use.The pool and clubhouse amenities were beautiful and a nice bonus. However, because of the frequent afternoon thunderstorms common in Florida, the amenities were closed for several hours almost every day of our stay, often for an unspecified amount of time. While we understand safety comes first, it’s something future guests should keep in mind if they plan to spend a lot of time enjoying those facilities.The host was also very responsive whenever we had questions, which we appreciated.Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The home was comfortable, roomy, and well-suited for a large group, and we’d recommend it to others traveling with family or friends.

The property was great! It was everything and more that we needed for our stay.The house was super clean and everyone enjoyed the arcade. The host was very nice and accommodating. The only thing I didn’t like about this resort was the parking. We had a vehicle towed the first night because security gave us the wrong information about how to park after verifying with them several times. The tow company towed 22 cars the same night which tells me that someone failed to do their job correctly.

Beautiful area and resort. Everything was up to a high standard except for cleanliness. 3 stars. If the living room area carpet had not been filthy, tons of crumbs and debris under coffee table (noticed when looking for my little ones toys) , one sheet stained out of about 10 sheets, the throw pillows on the couch nasty ,and a few throw blankets with corners suck/chewed /holes in them . On the other end white tile floors were very clean .(water spilled and when wiped the paper towel was shockingly still clean). Bathrooms very clean. All in all if the living room area had a washable area rug they machine washed or all the white sheets were bleach smell clean, and blankets not used and abused, i would have given more clean stars . Lastly, the food at resort was reasonably priced for location and had great yummy choices. The management was awesome and responded immediately with all questions.

Great Experience- a few suggestions

We loved our stay at this house! There was so much to offer. We stayed last minute after our cruise was cancelled due to a hurricane. So glad they were able to accommodate 24 of us with less than 24 hour notice. The Perks: Bedroom space was great and en suite bathrooms allowed for privacy. Game Room was amazing. High quality games kept the kids (and adults) entertained! Pool was great and enjoyable Movie theater was used by kids for movies and adults for college football. It’s a great set up. The suggestions/need improvement: Kitchen supplies- would love to see pot holders, dish towels, and some basics. We bought a pasta strainer, coffee filters, and trash bags and left it there for future renters. These are just a couple things we usually see in our VRBO houses. We also ran out of toilet paper and were only booked for 2 nights. Again, not a necessity to supply but we typically see this stocked in houses we rent. The $150 rental fee for the basic grill seems bizarre to us. It definitely deterred us from grilling. Overall a great stay and everyone had a wonderful time being together in one house. The amenity center is a great addition to have access too and we fully utilized the community pool, waterslides, volleyball court, and putt putt.

Great property for our family. Everyone had great time. Lots of amenities to enjoy. Great location. The resort amenities were great as well. Highly recommend and ready to go back again. Felt secure by security staff that was friendly.
