Home is beautiful and right down the road from the beach, wineries and the main strip in Southold, on a quiet street. Owner was very communicative and responded promptly. Only note is the bed in one of the guest rooms is outdated - the frame is squeaky and unstable which caused an unpleasant sleeping experience. When we checked in, the heat was turned on and set to 85 degrees (we reserved a summer weekend in July), so trying to get the house cooled down took a bit of time. Very lovely experience overall and would stay here again.

Such a great house!

My family and I had a great time at this wonderful beach house. It was clean and in a nice location. Don and Gina were super responsive and accommodating. Love the interior design! Two thumbs up and would definitely come back.

Pleasant Stay

We had a lovely time at this rental not only because of its amazing location to downtown/local wineries, but its stunning design and aesthetic. We could have just stayed inside to enjoy the fireplace & glorious seating. Beds/amenities were fantastic. Hosts were very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend.

Lovely property on the wine trail

We had a wonderful time at Don and Gina's place. It is so clean, beautifully designed, and cozy. We appreciated all the amenities. Terrific fenced backyard to run around. Short drive to Greenport. Overall we had a great experience.

Beautiful and modern home

The house is in pristine condition. Brand new and very clean. The interior design is lovely and has nice views from every room. Good Southold location accessible to all major sites on the North Fork.

We had such a wonderful time spending the long weekend in this pristine, elegant, and fresh-air-filled home. Everything was thoughtfully designed for comfort: stylish interiors, cozy beds, modern baths (exactly as pictured), a perfect deck for relaxing outdoors, and an immaculate lawn. The location is ideal—close to everything North Fork has to offer, from beaches and restaurants to wineries. Don is an outstanding host, incredibly responsive and accessible. Whether we needed quick advice before a wedding or recommendations for the best nearby beach, he replied in real time and made everything so easy. It was a perfect stay, and we will definitely be back!

Wonderful North For getaway

My husband and I loved, loved, loved this property. It was immaculate and beautifully decorated and had all the amenities anyone needs for a comfortable and convenient stay. We cooked meals with our family and everything that we needed was there for us. It was conveniently located near beaches, restaurants, shopping and of course Greenport. Can't wait to come back again next year!!
