The perfect getaway. Within walking distance to beach, town, Jitney, LIRR and ferries to the South Fork. This quiet and bright house is located in the heart of Greenport. Enjoy wineries, breweries, amazing restaurants, shops and beaches.

Guests have the entire house, 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, fenced in outdoor space with all the amenities: outdoor shower, Weber grill, yoga shed, fire pit, hammock, Nespresso machine, board games, karaoke mic, etc... There is also a fully-equipped gym in the basement with treadmill, stationary bike, and weights.

Great house in a cute town

Our stay was very comfortable and the host's communication was outstanding. The house was clean and had everything we needed, would definitely recommend for anyone staying in the North Fork.

Fall Weekend in Greenport

My wife and I and two close friends spent the weekend at this wonderful property. The location was perfect and had lots of privacy. The home was very clean, extremely well stocked, and beautifully decorated. The check-in process and communication with the host was seamless. Overall a perfect weekend, highly recommend.

Wonderful house in a nice location

House is very comfortable, newly remodeled, nice modern kitchen and baths, wonderful enclosed private back yard. Short walk to town and beach. Owner is very nice. Highly recommend and we’ll likely return.

Loved the place and location!

Three of us stayed at this wonderful updated home and had a great experience. First time in Greenport and on Long Island in general - looking forward to return trips. Great location close to downtown Greenport, a beach and ferry. Cindy was a great host. A must mention are the comfortable beds in each of the three rooms.

Relaxing few days

The house was artfully and carefully furnished, an easy and relaxing time between peaceful beach afternoons and lively evenings out. Cindy was attentive and responsive, everything was perfect. Strongly recommend.

Excellent stay in Greenport!

We had a great time at Cindy’s house in Greenport! My husband, son and I were there for a long weekend. The house is even cuter than the pictures and it was impeccably clean when we checked in. Cindy was very responsive as a host, even reaching out when she hadn’t heard from us to make sure everything was going well. A plus is the very well stocked kitchen!

Awesome Greenport Gem

The house and area are great. Very quaint neighborhood, walkable, and the house was exactly as described and seen in the pictures! Very clean, neat, and quiet area. You can hear the train in the distance on occasion - but to be expected. Very subtle. Great wineries and restaurants in the area. We would definitely stay at Cindy's house again.

Labor Day weekend in Greenport

We had a lovely stay at Cindy’s home. It’s impeccably clean and well stocked. Cindy was very responsive and accommodating. My family felt very much at home, and I was impressed at the thought that was given to every detail in order to make guests feel comfortable. We hope to be able to go back to visit again soon.

Fabulous home!

We were in town for a baby shower and couldn’t have asked for a better location or home. The house was actually around the corner from family members who live in town, which was a pleasant surprise. Additionally, the location is walking distance to the beach and to shops in town. Extremely walkable!! The house is beautiful. The decor is chic and fabulous! The bathrooms are beautiful. And while we didn’t end up using the firepit, it was there for our use which is a nice touch. Cindy, the host, was responsive and extremely accommodating. I would highly recommend this house.

Amazing house & location!!

This house is absolutely wonderful!! Perfect escape from the city, and had a few friends come from JFK visiting from out of town for a short girls trip to visit some of the wineries. We came in the winter and can see how great this would be for summer trips! We loved the location being so close to town, it was really easy to get around, great access to restaurants, bars and shops. The house itself is really well-thought out, the decor is extremely well done, great kitchen, plenty of seating in the 1st floor/open floor plan, and the outdoor space was a huge perk. We loved the fire pit and the extra room was adorable. The bedrooms are also beautiful and the beds are SO comfortable!! The basement was helpful to get a quick workout, we were happy they even had equipment! The host was absolutely wonderful and so helpful with getting us checked in. They were also really nice to offer some local suggestions which was a bonus. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend staying with Cindy!

Greenport Long Island-Pipes Cove home

Juan and Cindy's property was so much more than we expected. From the beginning, Juan and Cindy were responsive hosts. Anytime we had a question or a concern they immediately responded. Our check in process was seamless and the hosts supplied us with local suggestions for places to visit or dine. Their description and photos of the listing were completely accurate. This pristine house was located on a quiet street and within walking distance to the town. The kitchen area was modern and well appointed with everything one would need to prepare a meal. The downstair's space was an open floor plan concept that was bright, airy, and very cozy. We found the bedrooms to be spacious and bright and the beds were extremely comfortable. The bathrooms were clean and all fixtures looked brand new. We were able to experience a lot of what Greenport had to offer including restaurants and the local winery and brewery. We thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend away and would not hesitate to stay here again or recommend it to others. This home is truly a gem!

We enjoyed staying at this lovely home. There was plenty of natural light and despite that there are homes adjacent on either side, it felt very private due to the shrubbery. The rooms are a nice size and there are 2 full bathrooms with showers in both and a nice tub in one of the bathrooms. It is an easy walk into a quaint town with plenty of restaurants and within easy walk of a pretty beach with calm waters. We did not require anything else during our stay so did not require much time of the host but she reached out to assure we were able to access the unit, which was also nice. Overall, it was a wonderful house for our family and the location was central to all of the various wedding events we were attending. We would stay again.

Great spot to stay and explore Greenport! Had fun visiting wineries, shopping and heading to the beach. Especially loved the updated amenities and back patio. Would definitely stay again.
