We are very sorry for the misunderstanding with the beach chairs. The listing advertises our beach chairs as seasonal dependent. The chairs are free March-October. In the off-season, the chairs are still set out as long as the weather is nice but they are not free after November 1. We sent maintenance to resolve the ice maker issue but they found the ice maker working properly. We would love to show you a better experience next time. Please come back and see us! It is our goal to ensure a smooth and enjoyable vacation.

We are very glad to hear that you had a wonderful vacation and thank you very much for the fantastic five star review. When you call down to our front desk to have them check on the missing belts we immediately sent one of our managers up there. The room had already been cleaned and cleaning staff reported that there were no personal items left behind. Unfortunately we cannot determine where those belts are at or if they were even left in the condo. We hope you understand
