Pool closed

The main pool was closed. Only the kiddy pool was open. Verbo was no help. the grounds workers kept saying tomorrow. Tomorrow never comes. We found out that the pool was closed the week before and the gust was told the same thing. A refund was out of the question they quit talking to you after you ask.

Great location on lower floor

This is a very nice two bedroom condo overlooking the pool Area on the first floor above the ground floor. It is an older condo that has older furniture and amenities, but is a very nice place for family to meet and spend time together. The kitchen is well equipped, but has no extras. Only the minimum supplies. Simple items such as salt and pepper are not included only a couple of dishwasher pods so make sure you bring all of your own cooking supplies. They only include one kitchen cloth and one sponge so make sure you bring your own cleaning supplies too. We were excited to see a jetted tub in the master bathroom when we arrived, but when it did not work, and we contacted the property manager, someone came and told us it was not an included amenity so it did not work and they would not fix it. So we suggest that you take the instructions off the wall on the how to, make it work as that is very misleading and very confusing. The Internet was adequate for our simple TV streaming, but we did know work from the condo, only checked email. The shower curtain in the second bathroom needs to be changed as it has some dirty spots or mold on it, And a large hole needs to be fixed in the laundry room wall, and the refrigerator only dispenses crushed ice, which is not very sanitary for everyone reaching inside, opening the awkward ice bin, to get their own ice cubes. Also, you’ll notice in the write up that they do not include any beach items whatsoever, not even towels

Blue Angels

We rented the condo for blue angels week. It was a nice balcony to watch it from especially with having a 10 month old. We were able to walk to restaurants nearby. Perfect condo for a small group!

Great stay

This place was perfect for myself and two sons. It was clean and tastefully decorated. The only thing I missed that I’ve had in other similar units was there were no beach supplies like chairs or shelling gear. It didn’t make or break my stay, and will book this unit again if I go back.

Very nice

Overall, I really liked this condo. The main living area and kitchen felt open and had a nice view of the pools, dunes, and water. There's not actually a view of the beach past the dunes, but the view was excellent anyway. The kitchen was very well stocked, including things for folks who truly want to cook and bake there. Although the listing says the condo is on the first floor, that equates to being on the 2nd floor since the lowest floor is called the ground floor. Despite being over the pool, the noise was not generally loud. Just be aware that the pool doesn't close until 11:00, so if you're an early to bed person, this might impact your sleep in the main bedroom. The location was really good with lots of restaurants within 0.3 miles, and the beach and water were gorgeous. I would definitely stay in this condo again.

Visiting for our 35th Wedding Anniversary

Our experience and expectations were exceeded. We look forward to staying at this property again. Clear and prompt communication with the management company was greatly appreciated. The location was undoubtedly our favorite FL location and we have been to all sides. The emerald green gulf was breathtaking. Thank you!!

Perfect!

Loved our stay at Emerald Isle! The condo was immaculate, the process to check-in was really easy and the proximity to the beach and restaurants was really great. We didn't read closely about needing to bring our own blankets, beach towels and hair dryer (our fault), but otherwise the condo was great for 3 teens and 2 adults. If we go back to Pensacola Beach, this is where we'll stay!

Great location. Limited storage. Supplied with minimal linens so be prepared to wash towels frequently. Good idea to bring extra kitchen linens, since only one kitchen towel was supplied. Loved the gated entry. Felt safe in a family friendly environment.

Family vacation

Everything was good overall. Access to beach and Resturant’s was perfect. Few down sides we encountered was some construction going on someplace in the building. We had no notification and the noise started at 8am two days in a row. There are only two elevators so wait time for one can get long. The needing to many different codes. One to get Into parking lot, one for the building, one for the beach. Finally, the check out time. Talking to many others who rented they had later check out times between 10 and 11. This will impact our next stay for sure.

We loved it! Location, view, all AMAZING!

#103 Loved Emerald Isle! Beautiful beach front view with easy beach access! The kids loved the heated pool. We enjoyed the hot tub , workout room and sauna! Our condo was great! Decorated and updated nicely. We read in reviews that people struggled with key codes. We made it our screen saver on our phones and never had any issues! Would LOVE to come back!

Very nice condo

This was a last minute get a way and this condo does not disappoint. The condo is beautiful, the location can’t be beat and the views are BREATHTAKING!!!!! We will definitely be back, I just hope they upgrade the creepy elevator????
