Amazing Family Trip

We have stayed at the Summit for the past few years and love it! The condo was very clean and had all of the essentials needed for our stay! We have stayed in several condos over the years and this is one of the best we have stayed in. Brandy was very polite and checked on us during our stay to make sure everything was okay. We will definitely be coming back! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Amazing

This unit was just as described and pictured. We stay at the summit every year and I would definitely choose this unit again. My only complaint is the elevator.

Beautiful beach get away!

My family enjoyed staying at the summit. The condo is very cute and has everything that we needed for a week long stay. We went over spring break with our kids and we enjoyed the family atmosphere. The beach chair service was very convenient. We were close to many restaurants, shops and entertainment. We really enjoyed the catamaran dolphin sunset ride, air boat and St. Andrews State Park. We woke up one morning to dolphins playing in the gulf, right in front of our balcony. We had a great time together and I hope that many other families can enjoy this condo too! - Crystal Villerot

Love this condo!

I really enjoyed my stay here! I’ve stayed in a couple of other condos at the Summit & was less than satisfied with them. But this condo restored my faith in the Summit & makes me feel like I’m in my home away from home! I absolutely love the colors & decor! I highly recommend it! And the owners were not just easy to work with, but an absolute pleasure! I love the ‘daughter & dad’ duo!

Amazing

We arrived super early the day of check in. The host sent us the codes to enter our condo about 3 hours earlier than normal check in time. The host also communicated a simple issue that they were made aware of at the last minute. This condo was super clean, and very well equipped. The view was stunning. We will most definetly be staying here again in the future!

Paradise for the week

This property was absolutely what our family was looking for. It was clean, well stocked with all the amenities of home. The owners were amazing and Brandy specifically was absolutely fabulous. They checked in to make sure we had everything we needed and through emails we shared small precious moments. This was a time for healing for me & my family and we couldn't have asked for a better place. Brandy went above and beyond. We will absolutely be back and will be renting this condo. Thank you for everything

Not what it seems

Photos don't show the issues with this property. It is listed as a bath and a half so you would assume they are two separate rooms when in reality the toilets are side by side and only divided by a pocket door which gives little to no privacy. There is a fee to check in which you don't know until you get a welcome email after you have paid. It is in a less than ideal neighborhood with a strip club across the street. The couch is very broken in and when you let the bed out it sinks in the middle. There are water stains, a crack, and bubbling in some of the ceilings of this property. A humidifier runs and blows out hot air in the living room with an obvious mildew smell throughout. As an asthmatic I would have never rented if I had known about that, as mildew is a trigger for me. We had a good time at the beach and in the pool but ultimately we paid for more than we received.

We are sorry your stay was not satisfactory. We work hard to provide an amazing experience for our guests as a couple retreats and family friendly getaways. Our 5-star reviews show that we do succeed! Our property is in the "The Summit", one of the most sought-after gulf front resorts on the popular Thomas Drive in Panama City Beach. The neighborhood is family-friendly with ice cream shops, restaurants, souvenir stores, and amusement sites with go-carts and rides. We have no control over which businesses may or may not locate near us. The $20 resort fee collected by the Condo association is fully disclosed in communications prior to your arrival. This is a fee we have no control over. Our condo is right on the beach and overlooks the beautiful Ocean and sandy white beaches of PCB. Summer humidity is naturally high. For our guests' comfort, and to avoid issues like mildew, we provide a dehumidifier. Most of our guests appreciate having it as many owners do not provide them. Our listing is accurate regarding the bathrooms. We list 1 full & 1 half-bath and there are photos of both. All of our guests (past/present/future) get our best possible treatment. Our other reviews agree that it is 5-star quality.
