This property will truly make you feel like you are on vacation. The feeling of walking the trails and sleeping in the cabins will give you the feeling that you are up in the Georgia mountains. Playing tennis, basketball and swimming will make you feel like you are at a private swim & tennis club. You will not see other residence on the property in the summer months that is because the property is nested in a private wooded cul-de-sac on ten acres that backs up to a creek with no residence adjacent to the property lines. Only in the winter months you will see from a distance through the dormant trees the back side of a few homes. This property was once own by the HOA and turned into a vacation getaway that will give you all the amenities of a getaway cabin resort, & a swim & tennis vacation resort, but with local shopping & dinning nearby because this property sits in a community. Swimming events, basketball events, food catering events, tennis events, wellness outdoor programs, Photo shoot events, movie shoot, corporate getaways, birthday parties, family reunions, corporate picnics, any special occasion will all do well on this retreat property.

This property gives you the benefit to experience the camping life with park style grills picnic benches and hiking trails teeming with wildlife and waterfalls, without the burdensome of being miles away from civilization. This property gives you the Benefit to experience a resort size swimming pool, a resort size tennis & basketball court all to yourself and family. This property is complete private with 24 hr. surveillance with personal available if necessary.
