Was not informed about the broken ac. Breaker for bedroom with temporary ac unit was tripped. Lowest temp in the place was 70, highest temp was 87. Dishes were left in dishwasher when I arrived and one bed had food crumbs in it. I was given a discount for the trouble.

We only stayed one night because we went to a concert downtown. It was about a ten minute uber from downtown, not bad. Beds were super comfy, and it had everything we needed for our 1 night stay. The only reason I’m not leaving 5 stars is due to the wear and tear to the property. It didn’t hinder our stay or our enjoyment, but it’s not in pristine condition if that’s what you’re looking for.

Very nice house to stay in. Hopefully gate for the complex is fixed for the next group (it did not close). Air mattress should be replaced, as it required refilling during the night - we would suggest an upgrade from the Intex beand. We would stay there again.

The host was wonderful to work with, the location was great for our purpose. It was a quiet place, walking distance to coffee shop. Neighbors were friendly and majority are rental properties. The place was clean and check-in and out were easy. The layout of the place is fantastic! Nice small deck to sit and read. Rooms are nice size and bathrooms are great. 1/2 bath on first level is very convenient. Kitchen was nice (we didn't cook at all). I don't expect top notch furniture at a rental, I get having cheap coffee and end tables, etc. but I do want a quality sofa and bed. The sofa is not in great shape, had a rip in front panel but mainly leans back and not very comfortable. The 2 chairs in living room are more comfortable than sofa. The beds are just a mattress, no box spring (more like Europe) and the master one was very soft and squeaked whenever you sat on it or rolled over.

Quick drive to downtown!

Very comfortable accommodations! Roomy and well appointed. Gated community so always felt safe. Was surprised the unit was three floors with bedrooms located on upper floors. Having a bad knee, I would have considered another option. Overall great place close to attractions and restaurants!

I don’t like writing bad reviews but unfortunately I felt it was necessary to warn potential future guests. To start, they have an expensive cleaning fee: when we arrived there were marks all over the walls (every wall in the house), crumbs on the sofa and sofa chairs, ants all over the first floor, sink drain clogged, not functioning and stinking like rotten food: I’d understand the cleaning fee if the place was properly cleaned but it just wasn’t, not sure if this is the hosts fault or the cleaners but either way unacceptable for the fee being charged. Second, panels on the stairs are loose and not secured properly, holes in two doors in the kitchen, and the main bedrooms bathroom does not have the toilet seat attached (one of us almost fell off) would have been nice to be notified about these damages beforehand. Third, the WiFi does not work, messaged the host and they sent another WiFi and password that also didn’t work. The sink drain stunk our entire stay was horrible, the ants were miserable to deal with. Fourth, they have an available washer and dryer which is nice, unfortunately for us the dryer was filled with dirty stinky towels and a comforter covered in massive amounts of vomit. Again, with a large cleaning fee you’d expect the blankets/covers to at least be clean and not have previous renters vomit on them. If you’re considering booking this place really throughly message the host and get more details. I would not recommend, sorry but this is the truth.
