Perched in the heart of all of the action here in Panama City Beach, you won't have to venture far to get a taste of the area like a local. Simply walk from the complex to the various restaurants nearby for a break from the sand and indulge in some fresh seafood. Venture out a bit further, and you can enjoy a round of 18 at Signal Hill Golf Course or head to one of the various amusement parks nearby. If a shopping day is on the agenda, don't hesitate to head over to Pier Par,k sitting just six miles down the coast.

Our unit has been completely remodeled, and we work hard to keep our rates competitive with similar properties in the area. We’re not sure what additional VRBO fees were added to your total, as the platform determines those and they're outside our control. We hope you still enjoyed your stay and our beautiful beaches!

Lovely little condo.

Our first stay at The Summit but certainly won’t be our last! The unit was somewhat dated, yet, charming and comfortable. Stocked with anything you could need to prepare a healthy meal for your family. Very clean! The views were stunning. Access to the beach was easy and convenient. The king mattress was absolutely heavenly and the kids said the bunks were cozy, too. The condo offers lots of great amenities. Hosts, and staff were all very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!
