Perfect Getaway

This lake is stunning and so much fun to play on. The house really made it over the top. Lots of space for everyone and kitchen was well equipped. Will definitely be back!

Kristy‘s waterfront home is absolutely amazing! Ashley Lake is so beautiful, the house is well equipped and had everything we needed to entertain our family and guests. Truly made a bunch of New Yorkers feel right at home in Montana. I’m so glad we chose this place. I would most certainly come back for another trip.

Ashley Lake Masterpiece

We booked very last minute but the host went out of their way to answer questions quickly so we could coordinate. The home was picture perfect. I would go back in a second. We traveled with a mixed age range. 8 - 14 - 40's - 50's - 60's and 70's

Spectacular Place

The house and location were beyond spectacular. The views, the inside, all were as described and awesome! There was room for our 4 sets of travelers to be comfortable and content and it was beautifully clean. We would stay here again in a minute! On a side note: If you have small children or super rowdy older children, the back deck leading to the dock has no side rails and it’s a 3 foot drop to the very rocky shoreline below. We were all adults so it didn’t matter to us, but just something to think about. Overall, one of the best places we have stayed!!!

This is our second summer owning the home and we have had the same concerns about the back deck leading to the dock. We actually have a contractor coming to install glass panelled railing within the next couple of weeks. He is just waiting for the supplies to arrive. I wish it could have been there for your visit. Please come back and visit again. You are always welcome! Aug. 12, 2023 Our beautiful glass deck railings are now in place on the lake level deck. They are a lovely addition to help play time at the lake be safe and still all you see is the gorgeous aqua blue of Ashely Lake!

Perfect house on the lake

We stayed at this house for a week and everything was perfect! The host has gone out of their way to make sure the house has everything you would need to feel comfortable during your stay (coffee, paper products, sunscreen, life jackets, towels, fully stocked kitchen, etc.). Our three boys had a lot of fun fishing off the dock and riding in the kayaks. The views from the decks and the dock are amazing. My only regret was that I didn't find this house sooner and book it during the warmer months so that we could swim. We hope to come back in the future!

Amazing lake house with gorgeous views!

Wow!!! I have no words for how spectacular this lake house is. From the lake to the sunsets. Everything was amazing. Kristy is very responsive and a wonderful host. She provided everything we needed and more. We are thinking about doing a yearly family vacation at this amazing place! The house is everything you would want in a relaxing lake vacation! Thank you Kristy for everything!! Our family enjoyed every single minute of our trip. We made some amazing memories and can't wait to return!

Alpine Villa Lake House

Our family spend a week at Alpine Villa and what a special week it was! We all shed some tears when the week was up especially my 6 year old and 3 year old grandchildren. What a beautiful home it is! Home away from home is how my family felt and it’s truly an amazing home with everything you could possibly need. Morning coffee in the kayaks, roasting marshmallows for our s’mores, fishing off the dock, and star gazing to the heavens are a few highlights this home provided. Communication with the owner was top notch! We definitely will be coming back and are already counting down the days.

Tranquil and refreshing vacation at this beautiful mountain lake hideaway.

We loved our time at Ashley Lake. The house was well suited to our 3 generation family vacation. The house was immaculate , thoughtfully equipped and the floor plan is ideal with bedrooms on 3 levels. There are 2 living areas..one on street level and another on the lower level. Both have great lake views. Its a child friendly house, and it was a special treat to have kayaks provided. We had success fishing from the dock and the kayak. The property is some distance from Kalispell but if you're looking for a relaxing , peaceful retreat for 2 or 3 couples or a big family gathering, we would recommend it. We would love to return sometime.

This is the 3rd year our family has gathered at Alpine Villa, and it is always a highlight of our year. The home works great for kids and adults, with plenty of room to spread out between the different levels.If you plan to bring a boat, you can easily tie the boat to the really nice dock. We've even caught a rainbow trout off it and the little ones love jumping into the water from it as well. There is not room to park a trailer near the house, so you do need to make arrangements for that.Kristy has been a great communicator and the house has been tidy and well kept upon arriving. We are thankful to have found this home and to get live here for a week each summer. Thank you Kristy and family for sharing your home with us.

Beautiful views

We stayed a week in this lakefront home. Kristy, our host, was wonderful to deal with. Great communication from the time we booked until we checked out. This home is immaculate and there is everything you could possibly need to enjoy your stay plenty of room and plenty of things to do or do nothing at all. Highly recommend this house. We had a wonderful time. This location is even more spectacular than the pictures. Spectacular views from every floor of this house. my husband, myself and our two adults boys thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We highly recommend taking the drive to glacier national Park, Whitewater rafting and the lake McDonald tour. Horseback riding nearby. Great location. You will not be disappointed in booking this home. We give it five stars, top rated.

We had an absolutely incredible stay at this home near Glacier National Park! The location on Ashley Lake is nothing short of magical — waking up to the still, glassy water and mountain views was unforgettable. The house itself is spacious, beautifully maintained, and stocked with every amenity you could possibly need. There was more than enough room for our group to relax comfortably, whether we were gathered in the living room, cooking in the well-equipped kitchen, or enjoying the deck by the lake.The hosts clearly put a lot of care into making guests feel welcome, and it shows in the thoughtful touches throughout the property. Being so close to Glacier NP made it easy to spend our days hiking and exploring, then come back to total comfort in the evenings.And we can’t forget to mention Finlay, the friendly golden retriever from next door! She greeted us with a wagging tail every morning and happily kept us company by the lake. She truly made the trip even more special.We would come back here in a heartbeat — this home is the perfect blend of location, comfort, and charm. Highly recommend!

Quiet Adventure

Floridians here - This was our first time staying in proximity to Glacier- which is an absolute must! Going to the sun and all of the hiking trails will forever have our heart. We will definitely be back! . At first , I thought this may be too far of a drive but, then... I fell in Love with the blue clear, gorgeous lake scenery of Ashley Lake ! This home is everything we could ask for. We rented a boat and ended up making several friends with homeowners on the lake. We stopped and talked for hours . We could have easily stayed another 5 days!! The home owner is so helpful... any issue (minor) we had she was on it . Highly Recommend this property! Plenty of room for everyone !

A Bit of Paradise

Our family of three generations, ages 80-17, had a wonderful 9-day vacation at this beautiful lake house. The lake itself is gorgeous--surrounded by trees, beautiful water, lots of birds and wildlife. This house is perfect for a family group. It was immaculate when we arrived, and had so many amenities. The water toys were great--kayaks, lily pad, fishing rods, beach chairs and lounges, and plenty of life jackets and beach towels. The house is supplied with everything you might need. It is beautiful and comfortable and roomy and lovely. Even a shuffleboard! We had plenty of room to spread out and yet lots of spots for gathering when we wanted to. Our host, Kristy, was always ready to answer any questions, before and during our stay, and she was so warm and friendly. We loved the remote location of the house because it was so quiet. It took us about 45 minutes to get to Kalispell, so you need to be sure to stock up on supplies before driving out to the house. We highly recommend this house if you are looking for a quiet, fun and relaxing stay on a beautiful lake!

Amazing stay!

This was our family's second year in a row staying at this wonderful home. Each year we gather with the family and this has been our favorite place to come and something the whole family looks forward to each year. Kristy is an amazing host and they take great care of their home. It is super clean and stocked with all the kitchen and bathroom items you'd expect. We have three families each with young kids, and we all have our own space to spread out. There are technically 4 floors, three of which have deck areas where you can sip coffee or read a book. We always bring a few paddle boards, but they have 2 kayaks, a big yellow fun pad, and a few other toys. The water is absolutely gorgeous, and sitting on the lower deck near the dock reading a book is relaxing and one of our favorite spots in the home. The dock is very nice. We bring our family boat and it is easy to park in the center area. The only downside is you are not able to park a trailer near the home, so we have left it at the public ramp parking area for the week with a lock on it. Luckily we haven't had issues, but it is always the only trailer there after the day use people leave. We would absolutely recommend staying at this beautiful home. The location is excellent and Kristy is a top notch host. You can't go wrong with this place! We are creating family memories every summer that will last forever. Thanks for giving us the opportunity to stay at your home!

This cabin was amazing for some peaceful family time. We used the kayaks and water toys daily, and the water right off the dock was perfect for swimming. Every floor had big windows with beautiful views and the cabin had plenty of space inside to unwind in the evenings. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook meals and the shuffleboard table kept our kids busy as well. We will definitely consider coming back to this place!

Ashley Lake House review

Great home on a beautiful lake, plenty of room for our group of 4 couples. The host was available and responsive. Definitely, a great spot to unwind and recharge, we would recommend staying at this home.
