Beachfront Classic Florida Family Home

Amazing, Instagram worthy, ocean front views directly on the beach! Walk out the door & into the sand to a very large private yard with a picnic table, lounge chairs and Adirondack chairs too.

Newly renovated kitchen with every item you may need for cooking and serving.
A breakfast area is off the kitchen and leads into a dining area and a large living room. A smart TV and comfortable sectional couches are great for relaxing and viewing the beach through big picture windows.

Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms.
Bedroom Description
Room 1: king bed, flat screen smart TV
Room 2: TWO full beds
Room 3: Queen bed
Room 4: Queen bed (must walk through room 3 to access)
Upstairs Hall Nook: one twin bed (for overflow sleeping or a fun place for the kids to snuggle up with a book)
The upstairs bathroom has a shower/tub combo.
Private outdoor shower on the side of the house, for a quick rinse off or a full outdoor enclosed shower! Small dressing rooms on either side, for bathing suit change or dry off and get dressed for the rest of your day.

Full sized washer and dryer, as well as a full sized spare refrigerator can be found in the garage, along with a half bath and a Tesla charger.
Provided for you:
- All linens, including bath towels, beach towels and bedding
- Beach chairs
- Beach sand toys
- Kitchen necessities (toaster, drip coffee machine, blender, juicer, bar-ware)
- Children’s plates, cups, bowls and utensils

Pink house at Indian rocks

Our family of 4 had a great time at this home. It was everything we needed to unwind and disconnect. Right on the beach, meaning we could watch the waves all day from the house if we wanted. Would definitely go back. The owner is kind and responsive. The house has everything you need for an enjoyable stay.

Best spot on the beach!

We stayed at the pink house for a girls trip! Location was wonderful. Best spot in the beach for sure. If you are looking for a relaxing getaway this is your spot! A lot of local dining and live music. We were able to manage the 1 1/2 baths just fine. Our only complaint would be that there was no outdoor lighting. Linda was very responsive to messages and easy to work with!

Perfect Location w/ Private Beach

Awesome location with remarkable outdoor area. Private beach area that's protected from wind and has sturdy seating options. Amazing view from house to water. We had some HVAC issues during our stay, but Linda was very accommodating and I they were resolved during our stay. Living area and kitchen are updated and very nice. Upstairs area with bedrooms and bathroom is older, but this isn't a property where you're planning to spend a lot of time in the bedrooms. You'll be outside on the beach or in the living area with great views. It truly felt like a private beachfront residence (which it is) compared to all the more crowded options nearby.

Great stay

Amazing location, close to everything, walked right out to the beach. I was aware of the one bathroom from other reviews and it wasn’t a big deal. We were glad there was another in the garage. Favorite part was how well stocked the house was with toys for the kids, plenty of chairs and lots of extras.

Wonderful stay and wonderful time!

Our family of six adults had a great time at what we came to call "our pink house" for a week in February. Obviously a lovingly cared for home, everything was just as described on the website. While others have commented on the bathrooms, that's an easy work around with a little shower planning. We really enjoyed our stay, and if we come back to the area for another visit we will definitely check to see if "our pink house" is available. And communication with Linda is easy and fast!

Family beach vacation

This location is amazing! It's private, tucked off the beach yet walks right out to the sand just as the pictures show. The kitchen facilities were spacious and well supplied for a family of 6 adults. The upstairs is not remodeled, but the beds were comfy, and each room had it's own mirror and dresser which was especially helpful considering the small size of the bathroom. The washer, dryer, table, 1/2 bath and extra refrig/freezer in the garage were much appreciated. There is a 3 ring binder of restaurant menus in the cabinet by the sofa. The kitchen refrigerator was leaking water, and we were unable to locate the wifi info, but communication with the owner was prompt and effective. This is a place to revisit for sure!

Just steps to the beach

We stayed for four days on a girls trip for my mom and my sister‘s birthday. Had an issue with the heat, but it was resolved fast. Great communication with the owner house is a little bit older and does probably need a little bit of upkeep on the upstairs, but the downstairs has been more modernized. The house itself is just steps away from the beach and isn’t an excellent location with great views and access. I would definitely stay here again was a very positive experience.

Very cute, older beach house. If renting bring your own paper towels and tissues. 2 teeny tiny bathrooms, but overall a great rental experience. Home is adorable.

Perfect Beach House!!

The house location is just amazing!! Right on the beach with a shade tree that the kids could play under out of the sun. Outdoor shower to rinse off after the beach. Fully stocked kitchen. Great living room. Lots of parking. It was the perfect Beach house and our family had a blast. We would love to come back again !

I stayed here on a family trip and we loved the property. It had great amenities and a fantastic view. It is right on the beach so you can walk out the back door and you are at the ocean. The property owner went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. I would highly recommend.

This house is older but has so much character. Loved the natural look and trees in the back. Such a great place to hangout when wanting to take a break from the sun and still a great beach view.
