I'm so glad you had such a nice time at Peninsula Grand 1A. The deck is stunning, best vies ever. Happy to hear you met Alex he has been with us for years!!

Thank you Jon. We consider this complex as family - friendly, on our photos you can see the pool and the ocean access. We always recommend to be with your kids no mater how independent they are, any environment could be dangerous with the lack of precaution. This complex does not have a beach, as there is no sandy beach on this side of Cozumel. The sandy area is part of the common areas of the complex, as well as the pool area. Alex our Guest Service is always available to help with any issue like the Wifi and the stove. The name of the complex is Peninsula Grand as you can see in the main entrance. I will pass your comments regarding the linens and the outdoor furniture to our Property Manager

I'm really sorry you had such a bad experience during your stay. We have on-site staff that can help you during your stay, however we were never notified of this issues during the stay. If you wait until check out to let us know, that leaves no room for us to work on these issues. We would make sure to replace sheets and towels if you had notified us. We don't advertised the condo with a grill neither a dish washer or wine fridge as part of the amenities offered in this condo. Most of our guests have had no issues using the oven, however if you had issues you could've reach our Guest Services so he could go and help you. We have been renting condos in Playa del Carmen and Cozumel for over 12 years, we do our best to keep our guests satisfied so they become repetitive clients
