Only a few steps from the best Dayton has to offer: Miami Valley Hospital, The University of Dayton, latest shops, restaurant and plenty of night life. A short drive to Wright Patterson Air Force Base. Home has been updated this year and is very tasteful. Home is fully furnished with beautiful decor. Comes with WI-fi, Fire stick TV. Free coffee supplied w/Keurig. Convenient parking right in front of house.

Great place!

We have stayed here multiple times while visiting our son a UD. The house is great and the location is perfect. Mike responds to inquiries quickly and always willing to assist in anyway.

This was a perfect place to stay for our visit to Dayton. The property was very nice and clean. It is in a great location with a grocery store and gas station right around the corner. I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful

Location was literally walking distance to everything we wanted. Host responded promptly to any questions. Would definitely stay again. Neighbor was definitely entertaining.

Absolutely loved the place and was way better than a hotel and felt like home away from home! Was my first BNB I rented and will continue to choose them over hotels any day! Was very flexible and was able to get in a little early since my son’s wedding rehearsal would have put me there after 9pm. Highly recommend the place

Unpleasant neighborhood, lawn not mowed, garbage in lawn, and upon entering the house the smell of college parties covered up by cleaning products hit us in the face....was listed as a sleeps 5 with 2 queen

The grass was very overgrown. The house was extremely damp, musty and smelled like stale cigarette smoke. We walked in and walked out. The guest bedroom had random items on the bedspread and crumbs all over the night stand. The pictures online were very deceiving. Extremely busy loud street. Unfortunately we would not stay here again or recommend this property. The house definitely has potential but needs alot of cosmetic work to make a stay enjoyable.

Weekend with my son.

Second time staying here. Was impressed last year and wasn’t disappointed this year. Older house but clean and fit our needs well. Close to Dayton arena and many restaurants. Would stay there again.

Getaway weekend

Everything was exactly what we wanted. The worked well for us for what we were looking for. The neighborhood was an older neighborhood but we felt very safe and had numerous businesses to explore. Landlord was very easy to communicate with and very helpful. Would stay here again!

Mike was a great host, easy chk in/out. Good location not far from most local areas, everything was 2 to 8 min away by car. Clean comfortable stay. There were quite a few homeless with a bus stop near by, but did'nt have any real issues.

Nothing the property owner could help the areas just rundown and a little sketchy. For where it’s located it’s very quiet inside. I slept very well. I would take your own bedding the comforter had stains on it and all the decorative pillows were stained on the backside. Also there was hair in the sheets . All that said The price was right and for last-minute booking At least we had a place to stay. Over all I’m grateful.

Perfect

The host was absolutely amazing. Helpful, available, and very kind. The property was lovely. Clean, easy location to find. Parking was street, but we didn't have a problem with it. The decor was all matching inside. Not a ghost of a mess to be found. Vibe was cozy and homey. The beds were comfortable. We all mentioned wanting to buy one for home. It was close to a number of shops, stores, and restaurants. We took a stroll to Ghost Cafe. I would highly recommend this property, and would be more than willing to stay again.

Empty water bottles laying around the living room. Fridge was supposed to be stocked with water...only 1 bottle. We did not stay at all.

Very disappointed!

The porch, siding, and windows looked as if they hadn't been cleaned in years. The interior had paint runs on the cabinets, a broken handle on a cabinet, dirty caulk around the tub, ceiling damage in a bedroom, flat pillows, old decor, and poor televisions. I would be embarrassed if this was my home! My spouse has allergies and while we were there, she coughed nonstoo. I have stayed in many VRBO's and been satisfied. However, this makes me reconsider abd not stay in a VRBO!

Check in was easy and communication with owner was great! It was a cute property in a historical part of town. It was a short walk to a nice pizza shop. Neighborhood was quiet and clean. We really enjoyed our stay!

Was nice for the price! Would've appreciated being better stocked up with some stuff, but can't complain too much! Only had half of a roll of toilet paper for 4 people.

Enjoyed our visit in Dayton

This is a nice, comfortable home close to the UD community and attractions. The neighborhood is very quiet with very little traffic. Street parking was always available. We would recommend this property for short visits to the UD area.
