After spending two full days exploring the Packard Museum and the National Museum of the U.S. Air Force, we were looking for a comfortable place to unwind in the evenings. This was an ideal spot for that. The host was very responsive throughout our stay, and we would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay, we were in Dayton of UD parents weekend and this property was closer than the hotel we used to stay at. it made thing much easier for us and allowed us more time to spend with our daughter and her friends.

We really enjoyed our stay here! We were in town for a soccer tournament and the location is perfect! Comfy beds, stocked kitchen, plenty of towels. We will definitely stay again when we come back to Dayton!

My son and I loved the little house. It was perfect for us, close to the highways but super quiet inside and outside the house. All kinds of shopping, restaurants and points of interest are close by and easily accessible. When we arrived, the house was clean and smelled fresh (not sure how fresh it smells since two guys have been there). The kitchen was well stocked and I even did a little cooking. I would recommend staying here if you have interests in the Dayton area. It really felt like home.

It’s a nice property with good access to highway 35. The house itself is a wonderful blend of the original construction with modern amenities. An enjoyable stay.

Great Stay!

This is a great property to stay at for a long weekend! The bedrooms were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked to cook meals.

Brook and family were great guests to host. No issues at all. The place was very very clean. You can’t even tell people were in there. They even took care of the trash cans for us. They are welcome back at any time.

Exactly as promised! The house is comfortable and we enjoyed the provided amenities as well as the architectural features. The parking was excellent. Communication with the host was easy and smooth. Definitely recommend.
