The sprawling NorthStar River Falls — a new modern-mountain-designed cabin, boasts 5,000+ square feet of space, 6 beautiful bedrooms, 7.5 bathrooms, and space to sleep up to 26 guests. It's great for family vacations, getaways with friends, and special occasions, packed with the conveniences of home and plenty of extras. Sit back and enjoy mountain views from the deck, including Mt. LeConte, the Smoky Mountain valleys, and Pigeon Forge. Or soak away stresses in the bubbling outdoor hot tub.

Inside, whip up meals in the fully equipped kitchen, unwind in front of the big screen TV and Blu-ray player in the theater room, or have some fun with shuffleboard, pool, and the private indoor pool! Splash year-round in the pool that boasts a lazy river, 2 bridges leading to an island, a double grotto, and a jetted spa!

Outdoor features include a firepit where you can chat at night, access to a 6-hole mini golf course, and an electric car charging station! On cool mountain nights, curl up in front of the 2 fireplaces, toss some burgers on the grill, and fall asleep in 5 king bedrooms – plus one with 2 triple bunks! The cabin also has an electric vehicle NEMA 14-50 50amp, 240-volt outlet where guests can plug in their car-provided charging cord.

Many issues throughout the stay

The property manager stated they would reply within 30 minutes during business hours, when in reality it was 12 hours later. They gave us the wrong pool passcode so we were unable to access the pool for hours the first night, which is a huge reason we decided to stay at the property. We had to beg for the backup password from a different travel agent. The hot tub broke after the first night so we were unable to use it for nights 2 and 3. A pipe burst and was leaking water in the upstairs. The door handle to the porch was broken. I wouldn’t stay here again. The cleanliness and location wasn’t the issue, it was things not working appropriately.

Beautiful home but a few minute details could be addressed.

The property, overall is absolutely beautiful and spacious! Lots of room, plenty to do inside and out. The mattresses on the other hand definitely need some attention. They sag so bad in the center that it was difficult for us to actually sleep at night. Its in more than one bedroom too, as we tried most the beds. But other than that and the floors werent vacuumed properly but I assume thats a management issue. The indoor pool was not heated so it was a bit chilly. For the money spent renting the property I just felt these issues needed to be addressed. But other than that its amazing and worth renting. The views are breathtaking and we really enjoyed our stay in Tennessee!

Mountain Vacation

The grandchildren could not wait everyday to go back to the Mountain House. We normally head to the beach but thought this year we would try something different. No one was disappointed with our Mountain Get-Away. Thanks to the owners for providing such a unique opportunity.

Yearly Getaway Week

Loved the property but it had some issues. Called in 2 trouble calls. Could have called several in. Pool didn’t have the jets or fountains working. One microwave didn’t work. Heat/AC was messed up. One bed was broke. There was more but overall good time.
