The Large beautiful suite that is bright with modern decor and great local art. This suite is totally private and separate that encompasses the lower level of a ranch style home. It has a separate key-less entrance, driveway and patio with fire pit. Large yard with old oak trees and mountain views with an easy walk to downtown. Newly remodeled with large king bedroom and large living room with 55 inch TV. *Please note this is a suite and does not have a kitchen but does have a 4.7 cubic ft refrigerator and Keurig K-cup coffee maker.
*WE USE A VOLLARA AIR PURIFIER THAT ELIMINATES VIRUSES AND BACTERIA BETWEEN EACH STAY*
The space
The suite has a large bright Living room, oversized king bedroom with walk-in closet and a beautiful bathroom with a shower and cozy bath robes.

Totally separate suite with key-less entrance and private driveway.

We enjoyed our stay at the White Squirrel Suite. It was the perfect spot for our weekend plans. We enjoyed having coffee on the patio looking out at the lovely and private back yard. The rooms were spacious and very clean. Our hosts were great and very easy to communicate with. The location is great too. Just a short drive to downtown Brevard. We hope to return!

Great little place with a great scenic view. Very centrally located. Bed and pillows were so comfy. The shower gets nice and hot with great pressure. The inside decor was also very interesting and beautiful.

We had a lovely stay! Everything in the suite is clean and comfortable, especially the bed. The backyard is so private and peaceful that you would have no idea how close you are to downtown Brevard. To that end, we awakened one morning to a newborn fawn just yards from the door. The hosts, Bob and Paula, are friendly and welcoming, sharing information about Brevard and the surrounding area. Don’t miss the waterfalls hike!

The unit is as described and very clean. The furniture and bedding were very comfortable. A great shower always helps and this unit delivered. A small downside, we were there during an unusually warm period of weather. The window AC unit struggled to keep up so we ended up buying a fan to supplement it.We enjoyed having our morning coffee on the private patio the unit has.All in all a very nice place.

We loved everything about this place. The owner greeted us when we arrived and showed us to the apartment. The property is beautiful and covered with white squirrels and rabbits. The bed is very comfortable and the lush robes in the bathroom were a great surprise. Robert was even kind enough to answer questions I had about the landscaping. 100% recommend.

My wife and I are retired and have recently remodeled our home with an open concept and contemporary style. We are very active and enjoy all that Brevard has to offer especially the arts and the outdoors. We love to entertain, hiking and have a refined interest in cooking.

Perché ha scelto questa struttura

We are in the city limits but have 2 acres of pastoral mountain views. Our property has an numerous white squirrels and a quite neighborhood with large oak trees. Only a 3 minute drive to the center of town or take the easy walk with sidewalks the whole way.
