South Facing, Private & Quiet: 6 miles to Disney!
Beautiful, South-facing , 2-Storey Mediterranean Style Villa perfectly located at Rte 192 & 27, only 6 miles from Disney but in a calm, rural type setting.
Recently renovated from top to bottom in a comfortable, modern style. These photographs were taken in Feb 2022. We touch up the paint and replace worn articles every year to keep it looking fresh.
The newly carpeted upstairs level includes four large and comfortable bedrooms: two King suites, a queen suite and a twin suite. There is one master ensuite and a second full bathroom upstairs.
The first floor offers a great space to gather after a full day in exciting Orlando. The ceramic tiling throughout looks and feels like hardwood but allows for a super clean between guests. The kitchen is outfitted with all new stainless appliances, granite countertops, new cookware and dinnerware. We added a coffee/bar area; complete with a second beverage fridge for those lazy pool days.
Rounding out the first floor are a full laundry and half-bath with pool access.
The best part - the pool and adjacent hot tub in the south-facing backyard have no rear neighbours so you can bask in the sun even on the cooler days in quiet and with privacy.
New pool heater installed January 2022. New AC Spring 2021.
High Grove is a lovely and safe gated community of 164 attractive, tile-roofed homes nestled around a beautifully landscaped clubhouse with resort-like amenities. Head minutes up Rte 192 to Disney’s Parks and the other world-class attractions, shops and restaurants that Kissimmee and Orlando have to offer. Or head up Rte 27 towards the quaint town of Clermont to find rolling hills, lakes, golf courses, orange groves, wineries and the less busy shops and restaurants that the locals frequent. About an hour to Atlantic beaches and less than two to the gulf beaches.. You can do something different every day for years!

Note: While there is a twin bedroom suitable for younger children; the house has been designed for adults or adults with children approximately ten and older. Children of all agesi are welcome. Please advise if high chair, baby gate and stroller are required as they are normally kept in storage.

Walk 3 minutes to the Best of British Pub for breakfast, lunch, dinner or drinks. It’s a quick drive up Rte 192 to Disney’s Parks and the other world-class attractions, shops and restaurants that Kissimmee and Orlando have to offer. Or head up Rte 27 towards the quaint town of Clermont to find rolling hills, lakes, golf courses, orange groves, wineries and the less busy shops and restaurants that the locals frequent. Less than an hour to Atlantic beaches and less than two hours to gulf beaches.. You can do something different every day for years!

A beautiful Mediterranean style community that feels like home. Unlike the majority of communities in Orlando, you can actually walk to a pub, McDonalds, Dunkin, Walmart and the Cagan town square with a number of independent cafes, restaurants and other services. Close to the action and excitement of Disney and the 192 but in a quieter location with easy access to less touristy Clermont and the Lake Districts. We take pride in our villas - all of them impeccably clean, always updated and fresh.
