The place is walking distance to the hemisphere which is exactly what we wanted. Great central location downtown to so many restaurants, etc. Olivia greeted us the minute we arrived. She was so accommodating and very sweet. Definitely will stay here again on our stay back to San Antonio.

If you have a pet I would not recommend, the fenced area has no yard and there is no easy place to walk your dog. Olivia was extremely nice and responded quickly, place was clean. Out side area could use some attention. Parking and access in the evenings was a mess with the access roads to property closed and not easy to navigate. If your looking for a clean property at a reasonable price it’s a good deal, just not if your coming and going in the evenings or have pets. Apartments across the street were very load until about 4:30 am, made it hard to get a good nights sleep.

Within a 5 minute walking distance of the river walk, food, and coffee! Scooters everywhere for use, apartment was just as it is described. Thank you for letting us use your space!

These are little one bedroom, singled floor apartments with a full bath, full kitchen, including a full-size refrigerator. They’re super clean. Our host was amazing and the location is hard to beat anywhere in the downtown San Antonio area. For the price we paid, we had access to everything downtown, including Alamo dome, literally walking distance including restaurants and things to do, you can’t beat it. Our host constantly asked if we needed anything, ensuring we didn’t do without. They were so much fun to interact, with very down to Earth. I would definitely rent from them again without hesitation.

We really enjoyed our stay! it was close enough we walked everywhere we went. it was a nice house and the hostess was the so helpful and sweet!

Home away from home

Our stay was fantastic!! It provided everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. Cozy, comfortable and conveniently located near Riverwalk and other yop spots. Oliva was super friendly and helpful. Definitely will stay here again.

Close to everything downtown

2nd time staying in this place. This place has a great view to the hemisphere and is with in walking distances to the alamo, riverwalk and everything thing downtown.

Great 1st time in San Antonio! Rental was in a great location to walk everywhere and explore the area. Parks, the Riveerwalk, plenty of restaurants and eateries. Our host was super sweet and available, the space was very clean, nothing fancy but very comfortable and fairly quiet as well! A great home base to explore the e city from.

perfect location

This was the perfect location for a weekend trip- walkable to the Alamo, Riverwalk, Tower of the Americas, and Hemisfair to the north, and also to great restaurants, bars, and cafes in Southtown. (La Frite was amazing) Oliva was a great host- friendly and helpful. The space was quiet and comfortable.

COZY AND RELAXING

A little confusing at first. But Oliva was an absolute amazing host very kind and welcoming. Our room was so cute! Very clean and very cozy. Will visit again for sure!

We managed through staying at this property OK. No broom, vacuum or mop for us to help keep the property tidy during a 5-day stay was provided.No dishwasher, so you need to hand wash dishes, but no sink plug or dish drying cloth provided.The property is dated.We were able to walk, we are in fairly good physical condition, to the River Walk and The Alamo. Will want to have Google, Apple or Wave on your phone to find these sites.

Perfect place to stay for us

Stayed for 3 days in April with our small dog. The property was spacious and clean with a full size refrigerator and the bed comfortable. The hostess Oliva was charming and willing to help with anything we needed, There is a large fenced outside area with plenty of patio furniture to relax in. The neighborhood is quiet with sidewalks on every street for walking. There is a good selection of restaurants a few minutes walk away and its about a 15 minute walk to the Riverwalk. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return in the future.
