If you are looking for a place which is walking distance to parks, cafes, UC Campus and yet still be in a residential neighborhood, this is the place to stay at! The stucco house is a split level 2 Bedroom+ 2 Baths.
The space
Renovated 1850 square foot three + bedroom, three bath Spanish Mission House is a split level with bedrooms upstairs and main living room downstairs. This house is away from the crowds, with super easy transport to SF, 1/2 block away from North Berkeley Bart Station in a quiet residential neighborhood.
Elegantly furnished by designer/architect owners.
-Newly remodeled kitchen features farm sink, dishwasher, electric glass cook-top, and adjacent breakfast room/study with quartz countertops
The sunny primary bedroom has a King sized bed; large double wardrobe with a master bathroom with double shower. Along with a patio that over looks the yard.
Living room includes stylish sofas, upright piano, a projector for movies and surround sound system.
The house provides high-speed wireless internet, and utilities included are: water, gas, electricity, recycling, composting, and garbage.
This quiet house has no television but has access to streaming movies via the internet and projector in the livingroom.
No smoking is allowed in the house as well as on the premises.
-Back garden with seasonal outdoor furniture including dining table, grill and gas fire.
-Free laundry.

We fell in love with the Bay Area over two decades ago and have called it home since. We love the vibrancy of the community, the nature that surrounds it. Not to mention all the delicious cafes and restaurants to try.
Cosa rende unica questa struttura
A wonderful place to stay in the Bay Area, extremely close to public transportation. A quiet cul-de-sac street where everyone knows each other. A beautiful mediterranean garden, easy to walk to. If you like to enjoy Berkeley and vicinity, this is a wonderful location, a beautiful house.
