Thank you for your kind review. We’re glad you enjoyed the location and property, and we look forward to welcoming you back. Warm regards, 30A Luxury Vacations Team

Thank you for the great review! Glad you enjoyed the location — we’d love to host you again and hope to see you back soon.

Thank you so much for your feedback—we’re glad to hear you enjoyed the kitchen and found it well stocked! We appreciate your note about the knives and will certainly look into upgrading those. We also understand how frustrating a sensitive smoke alarm can be and will have our team take a look. In the meantime, we appreciate you mentioning the fan tip—it’s definitely helpful for future guests. Thank you again for your input, and we hope to host you again soon!

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review! We're happy to hear that you enjoyed your stay at Rose at Mercado and look forward to welcoming you back soon!

Very nice review, Lloyd! Please come back again soon.

Thank you, Tina!

Thank you for your review! We're thrilled you had a great time at Rosemary. Out of the many places you've rented, we're glad this one stood out. We look forward to welcoming you back!

Thank you, Lauren!

Thank you for this thoughtful review, Charlotte. We are always looking for small ways to improve, and feedback like yours is so helpful. We hope you can return and stay with us again soon.

Thank you! Local construction in a small community can indeed be unpleasant and unfortunately, it's completely out of our control, which is frustrating. While we apologize for the noise you had to endure during your stay, we certainly appreciate your five-star review and hope you will return.

Thank you, Michael! Hearing that you will stay here again is the greatest compliment we can receive. We loved hosting your family and look forward to your return.

Thank you for your feedback. While we're glad you enjoyed the location and rooms, we’re sorry about the unpleasant smells and trash issues. The building managers do maintain the trash and building issues. Thank you for sharing.

Thank you for your honest feedback. We're glad you enjoyed the location and overall beauty of the condo, but we're truly sorry to hear about the cleanliness issues and the disappointment with the bathroom setup. While we regret any oversight, we're always happy to address concerns during your stay if we're made aware—our team is here to help. Regarding the bathroom, we understand how important clarity is when booking. Our listing does accurately reflect the space and does not depict a showerhead in that bathroom, but we’ll take a closer look to ensure the description is as clear as possible. We also appreciate you letting us know about the leaking sprayer and will have our team look into it. Thank you again for your feedback, and we hope to have the opportunity to offer you a better experience in the future.

Wow, Priscilla! Thank you SO much for this incredibly thoughtful review. We're so pleased to hear about the great time you had and we hope you can return.
