Questo affascinante casolare è situato a sud-ovest auspicabile San Clemente, 1/2 isolato di un sentiero che scende verso Califia State Beach che si trova accanto a Riviera Beach - due delle più belle spiagge della California del sud!

Finemente arredati. Soggiorno graziosa sala con un camino in mattoni, pavimenti in legno, divano slittamento coperto di Pottery Barn e sedia di grandi dimensioni - più pranzo paese formale. Vi è una spaziosa cucina cottage con zona colazione adiacente una camera familiare.

La camera da letto principale vanta un letto king estremamente comodo con comodini e lampade d'epoca. Camera # 2 ha due letti singoli Pottery Barn posidonie (che si trasformano in un re) e # 3 ha anche due top letti singoli cuscini. C'è anche un divano letto in soggiorno. Tutti sono perfetti per una grande notte di sonno!

Godetevi la brezza dell'oceano sulla terrazza di fronte alla casa sotto il magnifico albero di cipresso. Patio pranzo per 6 e 3 molto comode sedie in teak Adirondeck. Sente pieni di energia? - San Clemente ha ora un percorso di spiaggia che va tutta la lunghezza della città dalla California Beach a North Beach. Surf? - Godere di alcuni dei migliori surf in tutto il mondo!

Cottage

We loved this house! I should say Cottage really. We had my daughter and her family with us and we were very comfortable. Quick walk to the beach, watch the sunset then return home to hang out outside under beautiful lights on the deck. Nick was fantastic and made our trip flawless. Would definitely stay again but for longer.

Family vacation

San Clemente House

The best feature of this property is the location and a magnificent Pine that spreads out over the front patio. After that it was the excellent communication with the property manager Nick, who responded quickly to several “needs”. The beds were very comfortable but the house itself is in dire need of upgrades and infrastructure repair. The kitchen is very sad, drawers are filled with junk and falling apart, cabinets are filled with old and expired food items, stove was ok, refrigerator old and too small for 4 people, and there is peeling paint, gouges and holes in the walls throughout the place. It just isn’t very nice to be inside, which is understandable if all a guest wants is to sleep and be at the beach or outside all day, but we had planned long evenings in and Christmas Dinner guests, so it was tough to adjust to such aesthetics like torn lampshades and a stained and dirty TV Ottoman. Electrical needs upgrading, there were no operable smoke alarms visible, and the main television was very small for comfortable viewing. Last issue, the wood deck as shown in the photos is gone. As property owners of a popular rental in Berkeley, we just couldn’t understand what a sad and neglected state the house is in.

Location is great, house (kitchen) could use a little organization

So the best part about this house is the location. Just a short walk to the beach and easy drive to restaurants in San Clemente. We did have some issues running out of supplies (we were only there for 4 nights but ran out of toilet paper on day 2 - no extra in the house and had to go buy some and only 1/2 a roll of paper towels were provided). We also did not have any dishwashing detergent but thankfully they brought some over. There was only part of a wine opener so we had to improvise for that as well. The drawers and cabinets in the kitchen are a bit messy and disorganized which also makes it hard to find things. The beds and sleeping areas were fine. I would recommend for the location but it would be nice if they could organize the kitchen a bit better and make sure that toilet paper, paper towels and other cleaning supplies are well stocked that would be helpful.

Corporate Housing at its best

Loved Staying by the Beach!!

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The house is very cozy and charming, and very functional with everything your family will need for a comfortable stay. The house is well stocked with kitchen, bath, and bed items. Nick the manager is also easy to communicate with. Wonderful!

We were looking for a place to stay near Camp Pendleton and found this gem in a great location. We were able to cook & serve Thanksgiving dinner in this very comfortable home. Beach Cottage

We had a great stay here over Fall Break! We love the San Clemente area! We had plenty of space for our family and enjoyed sitting on the front patio under the beautiful Cypress tree. There were a few maintenance issues but nothing that adversely affected our trip.

Weekend with Friends

We stayed in San Clemente while attending an event at Doheny State Beach. The location was great and only a 5 minute walk down to the beach. There were 5 of us so we had plenty of space in the 3 bedroom. We liked spending time out in the front patio and enjoyed the full amenities of home including the full kitchen, cable TV and slept well in the comfie beds. Its an older home in need of some updates however. The bathroom off the living room is especially of need of repair. The kitchen sink gave off an odd odor. Bring your own soap/shampoo/etc. Communication was fantastic. Check-in as well as check-out was a breeze and they even accommodated early check-in and late check-out which we Really appreciated!

Secret spot on the loop

Layout of the house makes this “little” bungalow super generous. Two dens and a big front patio offer plenty of room to enjoy and to even have friends over after surfing and to cook out. A big back bedroom has its own bathroom and privacy away from the front two beds and bath. A short walk down the street for a surf at state beach, or to the trail head for a walk that runs the length of the southwest side along the beach (2+ miles each way). Shhhhh don’t tell anyone else 🤫

Nice older beach home. Great location near the beach. House could have been cleaner. Plenty of dirt that should have been cleaned before our visit. Older appliances worked fine, but the house air filter in the hallway was filthy. House was very quiet even with an apartment complex right behind the house.

Fantastic location - helpful owners - quaint older cottage

We would stay here again ✅ Fantastic location - easy beach access to state beach - beautiful neighborhood. 8 min drive to the Pier area. 5 min to grocery store. Excellent responses from property owners (some basic supplies were missing due to a quick turn around of tenants but the owners were very helpful to make things right.) Working directly with owners who are nearby was wonderful -very quick to respond. - SO Much better than places that are run by a management company. The home itself is an original 1950s (guessing) beach home with few updates but it still had a very cosy, comfortable atmosphere. A few things need tending to with the age of the home, but it was still in good condition considering the age. The bedroom were spread out, and there are two living/family rooms. Our group of 6 adults and a baby was comfortable. Beds comfortable. This is one of few homes that has not been completely updated, so the neighborhood is gorgeous, and this cottage fits right in as an original beach home. Wonderful outdoor sitting area with a huge tree providing shade. With our family group, we felt safe and comfortable (minus the unusual heat in that area and no AC). I’m a huge AC person but still was relatively comfortable day and night with fans and the breeze. Again, can’t say enough about the owners being helpful. There’s always something everywhere you stay, but having owners respond vs a management company that doesn’t - is priceless!

Great beach cottage very close to Califia Beach.

The clean, roomy cottage was comfortable for 5 adults and a toddler and is located within a short walk of the beach. Loved sitting out front under the shade of a giant old tree and enjoying the cool ocean breezes.

This location is very desirable because it is in a quiet part of town with only a couple of streets of income units, surrounded by high-end single family homes. The street is a 'loop' with very little traffic except for the people living on the two streets.

If you are looking for a cozy, well maintained cottage with extremely comfortable furnishings - this is the place. Close to restaurants, shops -- but not on top of them! The beaches are less inhabited in this location.
