I would definitely rent this condo again. It was very clean and the description was as listed. We came in the same day that hurricane came through the resort had some damage, but they were quick to respond and they were able to get everyone checked in very quickly. The communication was amazing. I had questions about checking in because of the hurricane and they were. wet fast to respond.

Our visit was magical. Our party was 20 months to 90 years. Though the furnishings & appliances were well-loved and losing some sturdiness, we identified with the ‘Palm’ theme. The view was incomparable & we found all we needed in the kitchen as we mostly ate in. The time of year was perfect and not crowded. The only thing the facility could have used was a wading pool/splash pad for children with shallows, slides, etc.

Memorial Visit.

The cleanliness of Tidewater was impressive. The condo was very clean. The view of 1102 was amazing. We loved the condo and the elevator being just outside the door.

Spring Break 2024

Check in was the easiest we have experienced! Location was quiet and beautiful but close enough to the downtown area it was within walking distance! We had no issues with elevators as others seem to have had - they were super busy - but everyone was nice and worked together! Everything was as we expected or better ! Great Spring Break 2024 !

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was perfect, three very large bedrooms and bathrooms , large living space, it has a few little older outdated things but nothing that really affected us, kitchen is stocked with everything you could ever need, biggest issue that we had as everybody else had is the elevators of course, there’s always at least one broken down and there’s so many people, we often just took the stairs, but the condo itself was great! Beautiful view.
