Everything was impeccable. Clean and everything is there for you . Just bring personal care items and clothes . Great experience and the host responded very quickly to any questions. Highly recommend.

We had a great time! The house was great! Clean, beautiful view and the hot tub was wonderful. We stayed when it was very snowy and cold but we still enjoyed every minute of it. Our host was so helpful and kind and the whole experience made for a great first time at the finger lakes! We can’t wait to come back.

Host was extremely helpful. Property was exactly as advertised and a dream. It was perfect for a weekend get away on the lake. Highly recommend and will hopefully return soon!

Had a lovely weekend at the cottage. The views were amazing. The bed was super comfy. We got to enjoy the hot tub, and some local food.Take Adam's advice and bring slippers...that tile floor was chilly. Thinking about heading back in the summer for so.e lake fishing and kayaking. Thank you, we had a wonderful time.

Great Waterfront Cottage

We enjoyed everything about our stay. The location was great with a mesmerizing view of the lake and close to wineries, distilleries, nearby towns and Ithaca. The hot tub, outdoor fire area, the dock and little bunkie were great. Definitely recommend a stay here!

The cottage is beautifully remodeled and very clean and cozy. We especially appreciated the variety of places, both outdoors and indoors, to enjoy views of the lake. Having the hot tub and kayaks was a real bonus. Everything about King Ferry Cottage was perfect in our opinions, and we hope to visit again.

We had a wonderful, peaceful stay. Perfect take off point for sightseeing. Very comfortable place to spend time, read, watch the lake and sunsets. No complaints. Highly recommend!

Wonderful cottage by the lake! Beautiful views, especially this time of year (October). Only negative was the water quality - high sulphur smell. The provided bottled water was great, but we took very quick showers!

So glad you enjoyed it Timothy and thanks for the five star review. The sulphur smell is unusual, we were experiencing a drought and the well must have gotten very low. in these occasional situations I typically bring in trucked water but these nice folks didn't let me know.

Simple getaway

Nice property and attentive host. Good vacation getaway spot right on the lake. We especially liked the shed down by the water for the kids when they needed a break.

Perfect Escape

The cottage was so lovely and tranquil. Hot tub under the stars was the cherry on top! The host was very attentive and great communication. We had a great time and will plan to visit again!

What a fantastic little cottage right on the lake! We stayed during extreme cold, so we did not get to enjoy the outdoor amenities. However, the views were breathtaking and the accommodations were perfect. This place would be perfect in warmer months!The host was extremely personable and responsive; made us feel very welcomed.

Nice Getaway

We had a wonderful stay and loved the cottage. Bedding was comfy and the views were beautiful. Wished we could of stayed longer. Also enjoyed exploring Aurora town near by. Thanks so much to our great hosts!
