Employees were nice property is beautiful we will definitely return back next year but with the upgrade and white bands if possible.

Amazing

Beautiful property! Couldnt have pictured a better venue. I would most definitely recommend this for anyone who is looking to travel to DR. Mr. Wells and staff was extremely helpful and reliable.

When we checked in we got to our house it was trash all over the front yard. I complained about it and it was there until we left. We had several issues with the golf cart and I called about it nobody helped. Around the house scrub and leaves had grown all around it. No maintenance done in a while. The cook and the maid was very pleasant. Our pool didn’t get touched the whole time we were there, same trash in the pool the whole time. I was suppose to go speak with a salesman on Sunday after all that I changed my mine.

Thank you for taking the time to provide this feedback regarding your recent stay. I am truly sorry to hear that your stay had some disappointments, particularly regarding the condition of the exterior of the property and pool, and the issues you experienced with the golf cart. This is absolutely not the standard of service we strive for and will reach out to the Resort for feedback. I apologize that your complaints were not addressed by the Resort during your stay, I wish you would have contacted us directly for assistance in getting this rectified with the Resort. I will be reaching out to the Resort to find out why they were unable to resolve these issues, especially the condition of the yard, pool, and surrounding landscape. March is typically very busy with Spring Break, but this should have been resolved in a timely manner. Typically, when we are notified, we can get upper management involved to ensure incidents are resolved promptly. I am glad to hear the maid and cook were a pleasant aspect of your trip, but I recognize that did not make up for the surrounding issues.

Family Holiday

April 2025 - There were nine of us staying in the villa, Me (44), my two sons (25, 19) and their girlfriends (26, 20), my sister (43) and her daughter (17) and daughters boyfriend (18) and our Mother/Grandmother. The villa was a perfect size for all of us, we all had our own rooms and our own bathrooms (which was perfect!!). The resort is very nice, beautiful landscaping and wonderful staff. Our housekeeper was great, the personal chef was perfect for the morning, it was nice not to have to get everyone going and get to a restaurant. He was there right when we asked him to be and had breakfast cooking as we were getting ready for the day. Our villa came with a golf cart, which was very convenient. My only issue was that there were 9 of us and the golf cart only sat 5. We asked for another one, but the resort said that was not possible. We mainly stayed our villa since everything we needed was right there. We would venture out to eat, check out the bars, and entertainment at the resort. Having the pool at our villa was great, accept it made our younger travel companions not want to leave the villa... like ever. We did go the main pool a few times, but the kids liked the quiet at the villa. The food at the restaurants was very good, no complaints.My main dislike was that the beach was not a beach you would picture in the Caribbean. The sand was very dark and the water was not clear and very rough. You couldn't even go in the ocean (This may have been the time of year we went).

We had an amazing stay! The villa was absolutely beautiful and the entire crew went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. The host communicated everything clearly from start to finish, making the whole experience stress-free. We truly felt welcomed and taken care of. We can’t wait to come back!

Awesome house with great staff. We loved that each bedroom had a bathroom and it’s own AC controls. Our chef, maid, and concierge were awesome. John and his staff also helped ensure we were taken care of. The restaurants, beaches, spa, pools, casino, bars, ocean adventure, excursions were all great. We will definitely return.
