Welcome to the resort style private residential condominium of St. Maarten. This is a very sought after condo building because of its resort style amenities and beautiful condo units.
As you walk in the door you will immediately realize how spacious the layout is. Immediately to your left and right are the back two bedrooms each featuring a king bedroom, dress, smart tv, and their own private bathrooms. One of the bathroom is a walk in shower, the other bathroom is a shower/tub combo.
As you proceed into the condo the laundry room will be on your next left proceeded by the kitchen, dining, and living rooms straight ahead.
The kitchen boasts cherry wood cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and black granite countertops complete with all of your dish-ware, silverware, and small basic kitchen amenities.
Outside of the kitchen is the dining area with a gorgeous low top wood table with seating for 6 and additional kitchen bar seating for 4.
Next to the dining room is the living room which has a couch & loveseat combo situated around a coffee table and a large smart tv. In the living room is direct access the Oceanview balcony with panoramic views of the ocean and coastline.
To the right of the living room is the master bedroom featuring a king bedroom set, private balcony access, and the master bath complete with a garden tub, large walk in shower, his/her sinks, and a walk in closet.
The private balcony overlooks all of Daytona Beach including a complete view of the ocean and sunset. Absolutely gorgeous panoramic views with seating for four. (additional camping chairs can be brought out to the balcony)
AMENITIES:
St. Maarten has the best amenity selection in all of Daytona Beach for private residential condos. An out door pool with sun lounge chairs, indoor pool, indoor hot tub, indoor fitness center with weights, cardio equipment, and men/women sauna's, game room with two pool tables, large community room with ample seating
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
Minimum age: 25 (age of primary renter)
1. Being transparent as possible -- Instead of charging a high security deposit or having you pay a non-refundable fee to VRBO for their coverage (which is not enough coverage) we have sought out a higher limit 3rd party coverage for incidentals. Our cost is $145 and is marked as an admin fee. This covers you for the vast majority of incidental damage to the unit that could happen. This solves two things. 1. We do not have to collect a huge security deposit from you. 2. More importantly it solves the damage claim process which VRBO had traditionally made hosts "aim" their damage claim at the guest first seeking payment before they would step in and pay. We wanted to ensure every guest was covered for both minor an major "oops" without having to deal with the hassle and coverage limitations set forth by VRBO.
CHECK IN: 4pm-8pm
EARLY CHECK IN: Is not available (if the unit is ready earlier, our check in agent will let you know)
LATE CHECK IN FEE: This fee is charged for "after hours" arrivals at a residential building. ** 8:01pm-11:59pm: $50 ** 12am+: $100**
PETS: Sorry, no pets inside this unit.
PARKING:
We get one reserved spot in the garage and a second parking pass for the top deck. This top deck spot is first come first serve.
KEYS OR KEY FOBS: If lost or damaged are $75 to replace.
We provided a starter kit of household items; A few trash bags, laundry pods, dish detergent pods, toilet paper rolls, and one roll of paper towels. Once ours is gone it is the guest’s responsibility to purchase the things they need.
CHECKOUT: is at 10:00 am
HOUSE RULES:
1. Smoking is NOT allowed at all inside the condominium or on the balconies. Caught doing either will result in a $500 fine. (Smoking can be done out front of the building)
2. You MUST follow the checkout instructions in the binder given to you prior to checking out of your unit.
3. Do not hang anything over the balcony railings.
4. Wash the sand off of you and your beach belongings prior to coming up to the unit.
5. Be kind, courteous, and respectful of all staff, owners, and other rental guests staying.
6. Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
7. The amenities such as the pool and fitness center cannot be used after 10pm. Breaking this rule can result in the condo association overruling me and asking a guest to leave.
8. Please do not do drugs or bring drugs into the unit. (This will result in an automatic termination of your stay).
9. Please do not take the towels or pillows with you. (Yes people do this)
10. If you break something please notify us right away you have damage insurance that protects us both.
11. One week before check in you will receive an email with all of your check in information as well as a couple documents to fill out.
12. You will be given a 15-20 minute tour upon arrival. This is so you know your way around the building and do not get lost.
13. You cannot have additional guests in the building or using the amenities that are not on your registration document. (This will get you removed from the building)
14. Parking is two spots. One spot in the garage and one spot on the outdoor top deck (top deck parking is limited)
15. Checkout is 10am.
16. You will need to fill out a parking registration form as well as a standard short term lease agreement with us after booking prior to check in that will be sent via email.
