Quando solo il meglio farà! Il più alto edificio di lusso sulla spiaggia con uno splendido condominio da 3 BR 3 BA ti aspetta. Da un enorme balcone con vista sull'oceano completo di grill integrato agli aggiornamenti di fascia alta in tutto, questa casa supererà tutte le tue aspettative.

La camera da letto principale presenta finestre dal pavimento al soffitto con viste mozzafiato sull'oceano e una porta sul balcone. Il bagno mater è collegato e comprende una doccia con piastrelle di design di alta gamma e una grande vasca da bagno.

Le viste continuano con ampie vedute sulla spiaggia e sull'oceano dalla cucina, dalla camera familiare e dalla sala da pranzo. I cursori della camera familiare e della sala da pranzo conducono al grande ponte con grill incorporato e un tavolo per cenare sull'oceano, nonché sedie a sdraio per rilassarsi e godersi il panorama.

Fantastic condo! The host, April was very informative and great at communicating with us when we reached out with questions or issues. The view was wonderful from all views throughout! The pool fun and seemed to be heated during the cooler mornings and courtyard area was very well maintained. Overall I would give it FIVE

We love Ocean Vista, Daytona. Very elegant property. Unit we stayed was very comfortable, clean and had spectacular view of the ocean. Unit had everything we needed.

Cozy and Roomy

The condo was very roomy and so nice and cozy. Loved all the space on the balcony and the views. Our stay was during hurricane Milton so we had limited power for 2-1/2 days, otherwise would have been a much better experience. Property manager was very nice and easy to contact with any questions/concerns.

Week at Daytona

Place was in perfect condition and had a beautiful view of the beach. The deck outside had a great view of the pool and the beach. Not much within walking distance as far as restaurants etc. Hosts April and Kaylee were amazing.

BEAUTIFUL CONDO

We had a wonderful stay in this spacious condo. We had 7 people who basically had their own suite. Master bed and bath were spectacular. Kitchen was very clean. Plus any food we left is donated locally. We will definitely book 409 next year!

Great vacation rental

The unit was extremely spacious and clean. There were two coolers, several beach chairs, several wave boards and toys provided with the unit. The kitchen was supplied with plenty of cooking materials. There was a ice maker in the parking. Garage to fill your coolers on the way to the beach. The beach was literally steps away from the resort ( no dunes separating.) we would book this property again!

Stayed here for a week with family. Nice location, good views. This unit needs some TLC from the owners. Broken rusty porch light, stained carpets, broken door handle on sliding balcony door, the built in grill not working, needs to be updated ( the small electric grill didn't cut it). We would stay here again if the would fix these small items.

This rental was hands down my favorite. The pictures are gorgeous, but in person it is just breathtaking. There is nothing I would change about the layout. Plenty of towels, beach towels, beach toys, hangers in all closets. We didn't use their beach chairs because I had my own, but there were at least two or three. The kitchen was stocked better than any kitchen I have used. Plenty of wash clothes and kitchen towels. There were some helpful left over cooking condiments from previous users that was kept nicely in a cabinet. There is a Mr. Coffee machine and a keurig machine. Plenty of pots, pans and even containers for storing leftovers. April was the property manager and I can't say enough nice things about her. Send her a text and she is on it. VERY responsive and helpful. All of the beds were so comfortable. I stayed in the master, but my mom and my husbands' parents are in their early 80's and kept saying how comfortable their beds were as well. It was very quiet, but that's to be expected this time of year. There were two dedicated parking spaces close to the entrance to the condo and inside a parking garage that was really clean. The pool was heated to 90 degrees! That was a really nice surprise. There were plenty of lounge chairs around the pool and available at all times. The pull out couch in master bedroom had the mattress stored in the closet which was a pain, but the mattress was better than most once it was put on. Loved outdoor electric grill.
Not a bad view for doing homework.

AMAZING!

We came for NCA and extended it into a vacation for our family of 9! Prior to our arrival Peggy was fantastic with communication contacting me with any questions and concerns. Upon arrival, Melissa met us and gave us a thorough tour and all the important information we would need for our stay..she was great!! The condo was Gorgeous, inviting, and classy. It was clean and WELL stocked! Everything you need, from kitchen items (even a crock pot) to everything you need for the beach and pool, including beach towels, chairs, toys, umbrella, cooler, etc. The view was spectacular and the balcony was spacious and comfortable to hang out on as a large group. I highly recommend and will definitely be staying here again next year for Nationals!! Thanks for sharing your space and making it an awesome experience!

Luxury on the beach!

This place was fabulous with beautiful oceanfront views and an expansive deck. Located directly on the beach and easily accessible to everything. The master bedroom was huge with a couch and a table and two chairs in front of a large floor to ceiling window with direct views of the ocean, and also had a sliding patio door which accessed the large deck overlooking the beach and ocean. It was such a relaxing place to enjoy our morning coffee while looking out at the beauty of the ocean. We even saw a north Atlantic right whale and her calf while looking out at the ocean, and also several dolphins. There is great security throughout the building including the underground parking area. Peggy and Andy were excellent property managers who made sure we had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. They were always available to answer any questions we had and were just such gracious hosts. This property is definitely a 5 star luxury condo that we would definitely rent again!

This condo has everything you need for a beach vacation. All you have to do is show up. It was easy to connect with the host. It is a very secure and safe building. We had two assigned parking spaces next to each other that was very convenient. The condo was very clean. They even thought to have throws to cover up with during movie time. The kitchen is very well stocked. We usually ate out in the evening but would cook breakfast and had everything we needed. It was very easy to have groceries and food delivered. This was our second time staying in this condo and it was an excellent choice again.

Great Vacation Condo...but Hurricane Ian ended it...

The property was wonderful. Beautiful furnishings and kitchen was well stocked with all essentials. Unit was very clean and comfortable. The property's pool, hot tub, and fire pit area were all great! Only issue was the listing indicated two king bedrooms and one queen bedroom---which turned out to be a "full" or double bed, not a queen. Hurricane Ian came along and we were notified the morning of our 4th day that we had a mandatory evacuation from the building...for all non-owners. As renters, we had to go. Drove through driving rain and gusty winds but we made it half-way home that day.

We have visited Daytona for the last 20 years and this was by far our best stay yet. The property and the property managers were simply the best. Can’t wait for next year!
