Great location! One of the beds was broken but management was quick to get it fixed, dresser was unusable in twin bedroom because when you tried to open drawers the whole dresser came apart and just an fyi the twin beds are literally air mattresses! Patios were covered in pine needles and there was a mix up with the golf cart situation. Communication however was quick and took care of what needed taken care of.

We had a great time staying here. Wonderful house. Just a golf cart ride to most things we wanted to do. We loved this area as well. Thank you for having us. If we make it back we will try to stay here again.

This property was perfect! It's close to everything without being right in the middle of everything. It's a short golf cart ride to Seaside, public beach access, Publix, restaurants, etc. The neighborhood is charming and woodsy - very peaceful and quiet. The pool is literally 25 steps from the front door but was never busy and we always had it to ourselves. The home is well decorated and stocked with everything you could need. We loved having the screened porch when it rained one day. The bikes were nice to have and the golf cart was essential. We barely used our car all week. After riding around and seeing other neighborhoods, I think we picked the best area and plan to stay here again next trip. The rental company was helpful and sent nice reminders about trash pickup and checkout steps. No complaints at all!

Wonderful Stay!

We enjoyed our stay at the Bramble House! It is so beautifully decorated and the location was perfect! We would have booked again over Labor Day but it was already booked. We definitely will return!

Great getaway

We left snow on the ground at our place and went to this nice, quiet, sunny place - secluded, gated, 4min to grocery and walking distance to the beach. The floor plan was well laid-out and had plenty of room for the five of us. Loved it, would come again...

This was perfect for our family of four and our kids’ two friends. The golf cart was the perfect addition to this rental.

Beautiful Cottage, Wonderful location

Beautiful cottage, wonderful location. Unfortunately, the property had not been cleaned when we arrived. The property manager made arrangements to clean the property, but we had to be relocated to a different location for a night.

Nice Cottage Close to Beach

This cottage was nice and close to the beach and shopping. I would stay here again. I only took off 1 star due to a broken bathroom pocket door in the master that was annoying to open and close for privacy, and there was also new construction going on right next door and across the street where a home Had burnt down, even having said that, it was a lovely cottage and a great location near the beach and seaside shopping and food.

Nice Property - Convenient

Weeklong stay with my son and his friends. Nice property with great screened in porch and private backyard deck. Bikes were a nice amenity and the secluded private neighborhood was close to grocery shopping and access to Seaside town center.

Quick beach getaway

Very nice, quiet neighborhood that felt secure all the time. Quick bike ride to public beach access or a quick golf cart ride to another parking area for golf cart beach access. Seaside is close by for shopping and food. The house was so comfortable and clean. I highly recommend.

I’ve docked the property due to a few items:1. My daughter opened the drawer to out her clothes away as soon as we arrived and the dresser fell apart. Luckily the glass too didn’t come crashing down, and we were able to put it back together, they were able to get maintenance out the next morning to assess the problem and then again on the following day with the parts needed to keep it together. We were h a to use the dresser in the front room for the time we were there (Fri- Mon)2. The kitchen sink faucet fell off and caused a pretty significant cleanup. We were able to get the water dried up and add it to the work ticket, it was repaired on the first maintenance visit.3. We booked this property with the understanding that it was about a 7-10 min ride on a golf cart that was provided with the property. I called to check on some things about 2 days before our arrival and was told that the golf cart was no longer “safe to operate, and therefore would not be available”. No alternative was offered other than the name to a rental place that wanted 500 to rent one for 3 days. We felt like we got the ol’ “bait and switch” treatment and making trips to the beach were not simple at all. Parking at the nearest public beach access was extremely limited which made “7-10 min trips” more like 25-30 min trips. With young kids that makes things very difficult. Other than these items, we enjoyed the place. Very simple remedies, but I’m likely looking elsewhere next time.

A Wonderdul Spring Break

Loved the house and loved the location! Would definitely rent this house again! Be warned, there is construction going on right in the immediate area. But, it doesn’t really affect your trip, unless you’re planning to stay home all day.

Okay Place to Stay

Location is nice but the overall property is a little run down. The couches & dining chairs are stained. The 2nd bathroom has a musky smell (we bought candles for the week) which can smell throughout. The floors & drawers were dirty. Overall the entire property needs a deep cleaning. Be sure to read the description, the golf cart is not included. The outdoor area was nice but, we didn’t use (too cold during our stay) & was convenient to have the grill.

5 minute bike to watercolor center

Beautiful house. Uncomfortable king bed. It was uneven, maybe two fulls pushed together? There was no sponge to wash the dishes but we were expected to was the dishes. Expecting your guests to purchase their own toilet paper and dishwasher pods when you will penalize them for not washing every single dish used is unbelievably inexcusable. Charge an extra $3 a day and make sure the basic amenities that are expected of any stay across the country are included. The 4 bikes were awesome. The house was cozy and cute. We enjoyed the fireplace out back as well. Everything’s worked correctly.

You should have gotten an email prior to your arrival letting you know that we supply a starter of bathroom and kitchen essentials so you should plan to bring these items from home or purchase them once you get here. We ask that you put the dishes in the dishwasher and run it upon check-out however there is no penalty if you don't. We'll let the owner know that you think the bed is uncomfortable. We're glad that you were cozy and enjoyed the bikes and we hope you had a safe trip home.
