Location was perfect, short 5 minute walk to beach but tucked away on quiet street. House was very comfortable and back porch looking into forested area was very nice. Perfect place to relax!

A very nice, clean house in a quiet neighborhood. The host is easy to deal with and very helpful. This was our second stay at “Sea Esta” and it was wonderful.

Everything was as pictured, a very nice quiet neighborhood . 1 block to the beach, the state forest hiking trails are in the backyard and paved bike trails 1 street away. You can walk to restaurants for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The house is truly amazing and the owner goes above and beyond to ensure everything is perfect. We had a wonderful stay.

This was our 8th year at SeaEsta and it never disappoints! Only a short walk from the beach, SeaEsta lets you enjoy all the hustle bustle of 30A but to also get away from it because it is located in the beautiful, quiet and friendly neighborhood of Cassine. The owners are great and vey responsive if any issue does arise. We certainly look forward to our next time at SeaEsta!

Sea Esta stay

Very clean and adorable house with lots of stuff to use at the beach. It was a short walk and some good food very close by. We really enjoyed our stay!

Perfect beach vacation!

Sea Esta had everything our family needed for a perfect week at the beach. We have been going to Seagrove Beach for several years now, and this was by far our favorite beach home.

The house is awesome! Very clean, very close proximity to the beach entrance and some great food.

We had a great time and will definitely try to rent this property again. Stephanie is great to work with and is very attentive.

We had an amazing stay at this home! The home was very clean, probably the cleanest vacation rental we have stayed in. The location is amazing because it is right between all of the places on 30A that you want to visit. We loved how the house was stocked with beach chairs and toys for our kids and they had a blast using them at the beach! The neighborhood was quiet and was a super short walk to the beach— perfect! We had two small kids and the walk was easy even with them! We will def want to stay again at this home.

Family vacation

Enjoyed riding bikes, playing pickleball and beach time! Despite some construction around the property we had a great family time exploring the beaches and local neighborhood.

Thanks for the review! Regional Utilities is installing fiber optic cable. They are done with our area of the neighborhood and now working on the back. I'm glad you enjoyed the beaches, our neighborhood and the pickle ball court.

Very spacious house for six people. We enjoyed the location and the bike rides to Seaside and 2 state parks. We also enjoyed the provided beach supplies. Host checked in to make sure our needs were met. We’ll be back!

Perfect 30A Spot

The house was perfect from location to amenities to cleanliness and decor. We had a great stay and the host was very communicative and helpful. We would gladly book here again and recommend it to family and friends!

Sea Esta, a little piece of heaven!

This was our second time staying in this wonderful little house. It is decorated so nice, with a well stocked kitchen, and the location is great! The neighborhood is awesome and the owner is so nice to deal with. We look forward to making it an annual trip!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Sea Esta! My family has been making the Seaside trip for close to 30 years and this has been our favorite spot! The location is close to the beach, but not on a crowded street. The screened in back porch surrounded by trees was beautiful and very private unlike a lot of other homes in the area. Stephanie was very gracious and responsive. Will stay here again!

Great spot

We loved our stay! Very cute neighborhood that felt tucked away, but was still a super easy walk to the beach (our 3 year old could walk the whole way no problem). The house was perfect for our family of 5. Walking distance to some restaurants and a short drive to Seaside, etc as well. We would definitely stay here again next time we are in the area!

Wonderful week on 30A

We had a great trip and the home is lovely. So close to the beach and the community has a nice small pool too that was never very crowded. Great house!

Our 30A vacay did not disappoint and neither did this house. Owner was always available and so pleasant! Can’t get back soon enough!

Relaxing, fun trip with our family

Took my toddler to the beach for the first time and it was such a memorable trip. We loved the screened in porch, sunsets at the beach, and taking walks in the lovely neighborhood. We also thought the pool area was really peaceful and nice for the size!

Great property for a beach week!

We had a wonderful week at this charming beach house. It was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. We rented a golf cart and hardly used our car at all. We hope to return to Sea Esta!
