Boat Slip and Trailer parking is $15/night. Boat Ramp is $20/loading collect on the spot.

The condo was clean and exactly as described. The host responded quickly to all of our questions and concerns. The location was perfect and the view of the lake and pool was exquisite. I highly recommend for a couple's stay.

This property was not what we expected. We chose this property as it appeared to be totally different from what was advertised. First , there was an odor upon entering the property, toilet had dirty smears, there was a spider crawling on the wall in the bedroom, two mornings I had a very small spider crawling on me neck and upper arm, light fixtures broken and would not turn on, window blinds broken and filled with dirt. I would not recommend this property to No one!

I would not recommend hosting this guest. They did not respond to any communication until after the stay, then raised several complaints without providing supporting details or evidence. They ultimately asked what the host would be willing to do to accommodate their dissatisfaction. The experience was difficult to resolve due to the lack of timely communication and documentation.

Accommodations Excellent - the weather, not so much.

The property was located with easy access to Lake Hamilton as well as downtown Hot Springs. Very clean and perfectly set up for an extended stay. Of course Arkansas spring weather was raging the week we stayed. Overall, this is a great location and the host was very attentive.

A lakefront property adds variety to my property profile. This condo is on the lake shore, close to city and casino fun. The first property at the Hot Springs Village is in the middle of the wooded nature, surrounded by lakes and golf courses.

Also this is a rare opportunity to get a lakefront unit at the Willow Beach Resort which is strategically located and well maintained by the strong HOA.

I am learning property remodeling with my personal touch and this unit needed some "tender loving care" when I bought it.
