The house itself was clean & smelled great. Desperately needs repairs done on the house though & for the price you pay to rent it, we were pretty disappointed in that. The company notified us a few hours before we got there that the dishwasher was no longer working but they’d try to fix it before we got there. We got to the house to find no one working on it & a sign stating it was out of order. So we had to hand wash all the dishes we used. There is bare minimum when it comes to soaps for hands & body. I find that ridiculous since the price you pay to rent out the house. You get 1 shampoo & 1 conditioner for each bathroom along with 1 SMALL bar of soap for body & 1 small bar of soap for face. Thankfully, came prepared & brought our soaps, but this is to let others beware BRING ALL YOUR OWN ITEMS, they WILL NOT supply them. Pretty stingy, honestly. As far as the kitchen, it’s pretty well stocked. ***No storage containers with appropriate lids to store cooked foods in the fridge. no meat thermometer (there was an old one that DOES NOT work), bring that if you plan to cook meat in the kitchen. The front door area when you step in feels as if you’re about to fall thru the floor. So we had to make sure to step over that spot, including our kids. Some items were either broken, falling off the walls, there are patched up walls with plaster not painted, tacky. Umbrella on the porch is also broken & not usable.
