Everything was perfect! Such a good location - close to the beach and a few houses down from the community pool! We loved our stay. The golf cart is a big bonus!

We absolutely loved our stay here! Communication with the host was great and they were super helpful when we had questions. The house was beautiful and the perfect size for us and our extended family. We loved having a golf cart to ride to the beach and all the extra beach toys and amenities in the garage were great!

We had a wonderful vacation all thanks to this beautiful home! It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed! It was easy to get to the beach and it was so nice that it was just a couple houses down from the pool. We will definitely come back to stay again!

ABSOLUTELY one of the best places we’ve ever stayed! The check in process was easy peasy, communication with the host/owner was a breeze! Having the golf cart to zoom around on was great and made access to all things close so easy! The house was equipped with all things needed for the beach like chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, boogie boards etc which made the stay very easy and enjoyable! We will definitely be back!

This place was great- with a fully equipped kitchen, great bedrooms and bathrooms, and a golf cart to carry all of our stuff and people down to the beach! And the beach was amazing! We would definitely stay here again.

My family enjoyed our stay very much. Beautiful home with everything you need is there. Convenient to beach and great places to eat. Golf cart to go to beach and enjoy. Would stay again.

Amazing!

The house was perfect for our family vacation. Clean with a stocked kitchen and room for two families. Easy communication with the owner & property manager. The golf cart made our stay so nice!

When we walked into the home, our jaws dropped! It was beautifully decorated and had a great layout. The master on the first floor was awesome! The golf cart was great and got us to the beach in no time. The location was spot on, and the pool a couple of houses over was great. Thanks for a great stay!

This house is so pretty and fit our family with 6 teen/adult kids and a grand baby perfectly. It’s kitchen was so well stocked and the golf cart and beach toys made everything so fun!! The golf cart was the a hit! It’s close to the beach and good food and coffee. What more can ya ask for? We would love to stay here again!

Awesome family vacation in a beautiful house

This house was perfect for our family vacation. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. The bedroom setup was perfect for 3 couples and 3 children. The use of the golf cart was a lot of fun taking to the beach, restaurants and gas station for ice. The beach there was amazing. We will definitely be back!! Thank you!!

Our family of nine really enjoyed this location and house. There was plenty of room and bathrooms for everyone.The house is beautifully decorated, and the layout was perfect with a master on the first floor ( for the grandparents) and three bedrooms, including a bunk room, for a family of four on the upper level. We had a 15 month old with us and really appreciated all of the items that were provided for small children and babies. Very thoughtful and obviously somebody understood what it was like to travel with small children.All of the amenities provided were great. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes and glassware. As a Type A personality I really enjoyed everything being labeled and so well organized. There was a community pool for use and the beach was a short golf cart ride away and there were many chairs and beach toys to use for our family. We were all first timers to the 30 A area, and we were visiting during peak season Special attention is needed for driving at night as the area is walkable and there are many pedestrians. The host and management company were very proactive and responsive.

Exceptional house and great location!

Beautiful home! Nice, new and clean. Beautifully furnished and has the best stocked and organized kitchen. Very convenient to pool and the beach. The owner Susan was accommodating and the property manager MJ was helpful as well. We truly enjoyed our stay at The Saltwater Inn!

Amazing House!

The house was beyond expectation with additional amenities not normally found in other houses we have rented. The brightness of the house and the room sizes were perfect. We would surely stay again in the future. Great location to the beach. Quite neighborhood. We truly enjoyed our stay!

2024 Family and Friends Vacation

The house was great and fit our needs. Having the golf cart available to go back and fourth to the beach is a great addition. MJ the property manager was very prompt on a couple minor questions we had. Overall we had a great experience.

Great family house

We had 4 generations and the house was perfect. Close to the beach and a great 6 person cart to get us there. Downstairs master for the oldest couple and a 2nd gathering space upstairs for the kids. Plenty of room for everyone. The outdoor shower was great to clean the kids off after the beach. Very comfortable with everything you need.

Great Vacation House!

We loved our quick stay at the Saltwater Inn. Our group consisted of six adults and six kids ranging from 1 - 8 years old, and we had plenty of room! The house is beautiful, and felt spacious even with our large group. It was a short walk to the beach, but we took advantage of the golf cart. We really appreciated borrowing the beach chairs, umbrellas, and sand toys provided! The owners and property manager are very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this house to anyone, and we hope to stay here again!
