Big space with lots of room to rest! We loved the creek and screened in patio. Outside areas did have some road noise. However we would go back, and enjoyed our time here.

Thank you for selecting my property for your trip. Unfortunately there were major problems with your visit. There was dog poop all over the floors and rugs and cigarette ash as well which required additional cleaning. VRBO is in the process of charging you an additional $100 damage fee.

We had a wonderful time, the cabin was just as advertised, the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and it was a short drive to Helen. We loved the property and the amenities it offered. We would definitely recommend staying there and would book again if in the area.

The property was nice but we had some issues. No hot water the first day, no washer machine, hot tub was filthy, the grill had no propane, the tvs in the bedrooms didn't work and the dishes were dirty in the cabinet. Having no washing machine wouldn't have been so bad but everything else made it bad

As a group, we really enjoy the property. This was our second time renting the property, and we would love to rent this property in the future. Minuses would be that the Hot Tub Jets were not working, which prevented us from using the Hot Tub. Also, one of the sliding glass door handles was loose, and one of the towel holders in the master restroom was coming off the wall. Finally, the screen door latch to the outer deck where the Hot Tub is located is inoperable, and the other screen door screen was dislodged. We want to thank the owner of the property for the use of the property and hope to continue to use this property next summer.Pastor Daniel Robbins

The house location and layout was great. We did however have some issues. The entire time we were there (4 days) it smelled like cigarette smoke. This was extremely disappointing. I did inquiry about air fresheners and was informed there were only candles. So, I purchased air fresheners, and cleaning supplies to see if I could eliminate the smell. I was unable to do so. I opened the sliding doors on the porch to let fresh air in and every time we would leave and come back the smoke smell was still bad. We had plans to use the hot tub and it must have had a leak. Because after adding water and waiting the next day for it to heat up the water was below the upper jets again. One of the pocket doors in the bedroom will not fully open and this made it difficult to get into the bathroom. We had a full size crew cab truck and it was difficult to turn around in the space to leave. We had to pull up and back up several times to get turned around. If a guest had a trailer or a 4 door extended cab truck you would not be able to get in and out of the driveway. I had to have a stick to remove spiderwebs every time I went outside to leave daily.

Great Cabin! Perfect location! Diane was a great host and good communication. If ever back in Helen we will definitely return to the Cabin. Enjoy Anna Ruby Falls and Octoberfest. Pets enjoy it also! Thanks!

Love the location! Just perfect outside the city limit, the place was very cozy and comfortable!! Lots of fun things to do! The gazebo place by the creek was amazing! Perfect play spot for littles! I would definitely stay here again!

Perfect getaway

Quaint comfortable home in perfect location. Only 5 minute drive to downtown Helen but set back in the woods where it felt very secluded. Our family loved the property and would definitely return. Great for a couple’s getaway or full family retreat.

Bed was comfortable and the babbling brook was fabulous! Close to everything and will definitely try to come back over the summer!
