We loved the house! We had members of three generations of our family for a week in Salt Lake and this house served us well. The neighborhood is beautiful and the folks we met on the streets were friendly. The house is centrally located for convenient travel to downtown, small commercial areas, parks, and the canyons. We would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely incredible stay at this gorgeous house in the most ideal neighborhood! Everything was comfortable and well stocked. Beds were extremely comfortable and all the furniture as well. The hostess was very responsive and willing to help with any and all needs.

Great place to stay for convention

Conveniently located to the Delta and Salt Palace. Very clean and well equipped kitchen. Lots of room but very cozy too. We all enjoyed our stay!!!

We were in town for our daughters wedding, and this house perfectly suited our needs. The kitchen was well equipped, the beds very comfortable. The many living spaces were perfect for catching up with family and friends that stopped by. A big thank you to our hosts !

This was a beautiful stay in a beautiful house. I was here for my son’s graduation from the U and it accommodated everyone. At one point we had my son’s girlfriend’s family over for dessert and they, too, were very impressed with the house. The basketball hoop over the driveway was popular with my son and his friends. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out and have their own space and I loved the decor and the comfortable furniture. We were able to check in an hour early, and we were close to restaurants and grocery. We appreciated everything so much. Thank you!

Fabulous experience!!

The home is fully equipped with everything you could ever need. Beds are very comfortable, plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. Very clean, clear directions and a wonderful location for whatever you’re enjoying around SLC. Lovely stay, thank you!!

We had a lovely stay! This home is large and cozy. Little touches like laundry supplies and toiletries in the bathrooms were so appreciated. We chose this home for its location — walkable to so many of our favorite spots. We will definitely stay here when the opportunity arises. Thank you!

Best Stay

This stay was absolutely the best I have ever experienced with a vacation home. We were in town with my team for a convention and this was absolutely amazing. Kristen is so kind and super helpful. We will most likely be booking with her yearly.

Perfect spot for a reunion with old friends

The house was absolutely perfect and well appointed for a group of adults over 50 who still feel like we are in school (on the inside) when under one roof. Beds were super comfy for our tired outsides. And the location was walking distance to local friends in Yalecrest. Thank you for a very special reunion trip!

What a truly incredible house! Everything was perfect and made for the best trip ever. Plenty of bedrooms upstairs for the kiddos, including the coolest little hidden room, where they loved to watch movies late into the night. The main floor was laid out perfectly to allow us to host friends and family members when they stopped by to visit. And the basement was perfect for movie and game nights with cousins. And I have to mention that having a powerful AC system really helped for those record-breaking-heat days that were well over 100 degrees! The house is located close to cute shops and restaurants, and even a small grocery store that we walked to almost daily. The little bakery a couple blocks away was a favorite of this family! When we had questions, responses were fast and the owner was super responsive. This really felt like a home away from home for us. We hope to make it our home base when we visit every summer from here on out!

Great Experience

This is a beautiful house in a beautiful safe neighborhood , on a gorgeous street. Walking distance to neighborhood restaurants and shops, you can't go wrong booking this house. Kristin was very professional and wonderful to work with.

Family holiday

This was the second year we stayed at the property. Fantastic house and comfortableFor a large family. Very well appointed with everything needed. Thank you again for the wonderful holiday decoration and Christmas tree! We thoroughly enjoyed the neighborhood; walking distance to grocery and restaurants.

We traveled to Salt Lake City from Arizona to attend the Monster Jam World Finals, being able to stay in this wonderful home made our trip especially memorable, we truly felt at home here, the property is well stocked and exceptionally clean. There is plenty of room for large families, we enjoyed taking walks around the neighborhood to some of the shops and eateries nearby. Kristin was exceptional and always there when we had questions. Enjoyed reading about the history of this special property. Would definitely stay again.

Everything we needed and more

We traveled with 10 people from Europe to gather for a family reunion in Salt Lake City. The house was great and had everything necessary for our needs. Utah Utes Visit

Parents weekend at the U with 3 families. A terrific location and neighborhood with great communication by owner of this spotless and well appointed home. Only item we would have loved is a hot tub. Will definitely consider on future visits!

Wonderful Week in Salt Lake

We all loved the house and its amenities. The youngest (age 8) picked one of the puzzles and then the adults ended up finishing it. The house made us feel welcome and we were able to prepare most of our meals in the well equipped kitchen. The host was very accommodating in terms of checking in early and extending our stay. We will definitely book this property again if we come to Salt Lake.

Lovely home and great location

We enjoyed our two week stay at Kristen’s home. The fireplace is easy to operate and quite lovely. Kristin is a gem. The kitchen is very well stocked. Access is easy and we felt safe and secure in the nice neighborhood. It’s a convenient location, yet low traffic. Comfy beds and plenty of towels. It was impeccably clean and plenty of supplies to keep things tidy. One of the nicest places we’ve ever stayed at. Highly recommend and would enjoy staying here again when in SLC.

Lovely, spacious home with great kitchen

What a gem! We feel very fortunate to have stayed in this home. Our group of 9 adult females came in for a convention at the Salt Palace. It was easy to get back and forth, and we ate breakfast and dinner at the house. The neighborhood is quiet and well maintained. We loved having multiple spaces to congregate and yet still have privacy. Highly recommend!

Perfect!

We stayed at this house while we were in town for Kilby block party. The styling of this house is on point. There was so much space we didn’t even use the basement facilities. There were notes all over the house that were super helpful to navigate the quirks of a historic home. The neighborhood felt safe and was just a short walk to a cute grocery and restaurant. If we ever come back to Salt Lake City we will definitely be booking this house.

Great base to see Salt Lake City!

We went to SLC during the summer to enjoy the city and take advantage of the surrounding area to hike and enjoy the outdoors. The house was a fantastic centralized location to use as a base. The ability to walk through a beautiful neighborhood to get to great restaurant options and a small grocery store in minutes was wonderful amenity. We have never stayed at a property before that was better equipped than this. We had everything we needed and more. All the reviews for the property were aligned with our great experience. If we are back in town we will book again.
