This home is located in a small boutique condominium complex located Bradenton. A quick 15+ minute drive will take you to Anna Maria Island & beaches, downtown Bradenton, and Downtown Sarasota. There are two full baths and two bedrooms. A perfect place to relax and enjoy the beaches without paying the prices on Anna Maria Island. This home is great for couples, solo adventurers, and families (with kids).

Getting Around:
This home is in a residential area- vehicle use to get around is a necessity

Interaction with Guests:
I am available by text, email, or phone call between the hours of 8am and 8pm.

Room was very nice and updated. Pool area and parking lot and the property itself was undergoing renovations that we were not told about, but it will be nice when it’s all done.

Unit inside was lovely! We felt very comfortable and at home for our 4 night stay. .My favorite part was the soft and light comforters in both bedrooms! The communication with the mgmt company was excellent from our concern about the status of the unit after the recent 2 hurricanes to our request for a late check out, which they accommodated. If we are ever back in the area we will stay again!

The cleaning crew sinks this place.....

The pictures online are great! The place was dirty. The floors were not cleaned in weeks, the towels and linens needed to be taken off the beds and cleaned, as well as the appliances. They had hair everywhere there. It was very disappointing to say the least. I asked for the place to be cleaned, and the property manager said they would send someone the next day. I had to spend a lot of time doing what should have been done. In the end I was refunded 4 of my five nights. Which I was more than appreciative of. Thank you This is an honest review, and only my opinion of this property.

It was a little disappointing for us

We were a little surprised at the lack of upkeep on the property itself as well as inside there needed some extra work done. It wasn't up to our standards but maybe it is for others. The room itself was clean and fully stocked, the washrooms were recently done and looked clean. For us it was more the property that needed work, it didn't look welcoming and fresh like the pictures made it appear. I could add additional items as well, but they are just my personal preferences when it comes to style. I wish I could give it a 5 star, but unfortunately I just can't.
