We have stayed at this beautiful, art-filled two bedroom casita for many years. It is located on historic east side on Garcia Street and no more than a 15 minute walk to most places in central Santa Fe. It has wonderful outdoor gardens and seating as well as parking for 2-3 cars. I highly recommend this casita.

Our week-long stay at Casa Estrella every winter is the highlight of our annual trips to Santa Fe. It's a cozy home-like setting filled with artwork--a real treat for art-lovers! The casita's kitchen is well-equipped for all occasions--everything from cooking quick breakfasts to fancy gourmet dinners. It's in a charming neighborhood that's a very pleasant walk (even in winter) of a few minutes to Canyon Road, coffee, and groceries. Already looking forward to returning next year!

Barry, thank you for the glowing review. We will pass it on to our property manager, housekeeping staff and landscapers.They deserve the real credit. When we were searching for a home in Santa Fe, we looked at more than twenty homes. When we walked in the back gate and saw the privacy, adobe casita, trees, flowers and the privacy, we knew we had found the right place. Then we walked into the house. It was wonderful. The only thing we have done is to add quite a bit of artwork and statuary by local and regional indiginous artists some of whom have their work in the Smithsonian.
