Home was very clean with great amenities. It was very easy access to the lake and fire pit. It was close to stores in case we forgot ingredients and close to viewpoints of Mount Rainier. The group had a lot of fun at this stay making dinners, playing games, and swimming.

Great spot!

Beautiful condo, close to the amenities and very clean. Host was easy to reach and helped make the whole process go smoothly. Definitely recommend!

Little get away

I rented this for my daughter and a few of her friends. It was easy to get in touch with owner and my location was perfect for all the activities that they wanted to do.

Nice place

We had a great time staying at seventh Mountain. The unit was very clean, pictures were accurate, the kitchen was well stocked. It’s in a great location and the place has lots to offer for all ages. The process was a little clunky due to this being a private unit versus the timeshare unit, but communication with the host was very easy and prompt. Overall, we loved our state and look forward to returning.

Family of 5 more than happy

We had a great experience! The condo we stayed in was more than enough space and comfort for my husband and I and our three boys (12,9 & 6).There we so many activities to do, so the kids were always excited and never bored. Our host had entertainment options available for inside as well. It was a beautiful experience and we can’t wait to go back and try it again in the winter months next time!

Upside: communication from host was prompt. Arrival and departure instructions were clear. Mini golf and pool were fun. Negatives:Host explicitly advertised 3 permanent beds but provided a substandard air mattress instead of one of the beds. This is an undisclosed material defect and a bait-and-switch which is a VRBO violation under their Book with Confidence Guarantee. It was resolved but not until one of us spent a night on a horrible air mattress after an 8 hour car ride (which he claimed was new and 150–it was a dirty twin basic air mattress). There weren’t enough bath towels out. He told us how to get into the storage closet to get more. There was only one pool towel for the 5 of us though. There was also a dirty bath towel left hanging up in the bathroom. Yuck.Be aware that when you check in, before you receive your keys from the front desk you will be held hostage for 30 minutes while they try to sell you a WorldMark timeshare and then try to make you feel guilty for trying to get away.When the owner came to resolve the bed issue the next day, it negated our room keys so we had to go back to the front desk to get them reprogrammed and yep, you guessed it! Timeshare selling again.Listing states that the pool is just steps away from the condo. It’s a whole lot of steps. Not bad unless you are walking back dripping wet because there was only one pool towel.We had zero hot water during our stay. Frigid showers are not our jam so we left early so we could shower.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re happy to hear you enjoyed the pool, mini golf, and that our communication and check-in instructions were prompt and clear. 99% of our guests love their stay. We’d also like future guests to know a few additional details about your stay. The unexpected Murphy bed issue was addressed immediately. We provided an alternative sleeping arrangement that evening, and within just a few hours the following day we delivered and installed an entirely new Murphy bed so the issue was fully resolved. We work hard to respond quickly whenever something unexpected arises, and this was no exception. Our condo is fully stocked with bath towels, with additional towels available as well. When more towels were requested, we responded immediately and directed our guests to the extra supply so they could have them within moments. The same was true for the pool towels—they were available on-site and were quickly located after we let the guests know where to find them. The hot water interruption was the result of an unexpected resort-wide water shutdown that temporarily affected the building’s hot water system. This was not specific to our condo and was completely outside of our control. In all our years hosting at this property, we’ve never experienced this issue before. Our goal is always to provide a great guest experience, and when something unexpected occurs, we respond as quickly as possible.

Very spacious and close to downtown Bend

The unit was very spacous and open with a true one bedroom that was of good size. Unit had everything you could ask for. Loved they provided a few slacks upon my arrival as I was hungry. Owner was quick to respond to questions prior to my visit as was accurate. Check in was fine but front desk was not provided any information of my stay. Was hoping to check in 15 minutes before 4 but was not allowed to so I had to change using the lobby bathroom. The resort has everything so could easily hang out all day. Only negative I have which has nothing to do with the owner is if you have guest above, your going to hear every footstep. Overall, I enjoyed the condo.

Ton of things to do at the resort! They were all very nice. The property is gorgeous. The condo and host was great about communication and it had everything we needed. Easy to check in and out.

Perfect get-away

Our family came for a special event in town. This location was perfect for us with lots of activites on the property, including my favorite-pickleball. Nights were spent next to one of the many fire pits reminiscing with friends. The until was perfect for all our needs including a small back patio to look for wildlife. The host was prepared with extras for our stay which was fun and unexpected. Including games all the movie channels which we didn’t have time to use since we were out exploring beautiful Bend!
