The house was as described with lots of space. The garage was a nice perk, and the kitchen had everything we needed. It is walking distance to Universal Studios if you are ok with an uphill walk. Because we had younger kids, we opted to drive, and it was fast and easy with no traffic. The house is conveniently located near restaurants but still in a quiet neighborhood. The host, Shawn, was quick to respond if we had any questions.

We had a great stay! The house was clean, exactly as described, and had plenty of room for our family of 7 adults. The location was perfect for visiting Universal Studios, and the host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. We would definitely recommend this home!

Great place for our group of 6! Conveniently located near Universal Studios and minutes from other area attractions (WB Studios, Hollywood Walk of Fame etc.). We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay again. Thanks to Shawn for hosting and staying in communication.

The townhouse is in an ideal location to visit Universal Studios and was spacious, clean, and comfortable for our group of six adults. Shawn was an extremely responsive host with excellent communication before, during, and after our stay.
