Very comfortable, very clean. Pool was amazing and we enjoyed a night by the firepit. Great communication with host!

Weekend Stay

We had a fantastic time at this house. The property manager was extremely responsive and helpful with any questions we had, and the house itself was beautiful and in a very convenient location to both downtown Sarasota and Siesta Key.

Great stay

The arrival, stay, and check out process was a breeze. Any issues were quickly resolved and the host was attentive. Would recommend this place for large families or groups. The layout was great for a few family units.

Awesome time!

Group of 6 adults. Great place to hang out by the firepit and pool! Plenty of food for all. Close to beaches and restaurants! Definitely have to go to Walt’s Fish Market.

Fantastic Property

What a wonderful rental. Clean, spacious. We had a family reunion and this was the perfect place to host this group. Owner is very responsive to emails/inquiries.

Lovely home and outdoor tranquil escape

Can’t say enough about the property. Exceptionally clean, well stocked with all necessities. Tranquil decor. Great beds and bedding. Wonderful pool area. Quiet neighborhood and close to many restaurants, short trip to the beach.

Enjoyed our Stay in Sarasota!

This vacation rental was in a quiet neighbourhood. A clean, well laid out home. ( The second fridge was a bonus.) We enjoyed the pool. Just a few minutes from the beach, or a grocery or drugstore. Also a short drive to a ball park to take in a spring training game.

Nice accommodations for two families

The house was a great space to accommodate two families for the week. The pool and screened in patio were very nice. Access to downtown Sarasota, Siesta Key and Lido Key was fairly convenient despite heavier spring break traffic. The only downside was there wasn’t really anything walkable to get to directly from the house. You had to drive anywhere you wanted to go.

Overall everything was great, house was very clean and comfortable, communication was prompt but we needed repairs done on one of the bathrooms that was not outputting hot water and it was not addressed during our stay making it difficult beings we had 2 families staying in the home.

Pleasantly surprised

This is one of the best stays I have ever had in Sarasota, with or without a tropical storm (Debby) growing into a hurricane off the coast. Two surprises were it is more roomy in some places than the pictures suggest and it had two king and two queen beds, not just one king. Pool was perfect and the fans on the patio were welcome touch for being there in early August. Kids loved playing hoops so much they never got to the other games the house was equipped with. I can't recommend it enough and will look it up when I come back.

Really didn’t want to leave!!

We (2 adults and a teenager) were traveling to the area for a sports competition and stayed at the house with some friends and their teenager. The house is nothing short of amazing! It was spotlessly clean, in a very quiet neighborhood, and was so well appointed that I honestly couldn’t believe it! The pictures don’t do it justice! The outdoor area was so comfortable, and the kids really enjoyed the pool! The kitchen had everything we needed for meals, and we had plenty of space to spread out! There’s honestly nothing negative to say about this house! We definitely will be back!

Nice place

We were pleasantly surprised! The house is very nice and comfortable. Plenty of room to relax and gather as a group, both inside and out.The kitchen is spacious and well stocked with cooking essentials including some basics such as coffee filters, salt and pepper etc. The bedroom configuration is very nice and unexpected. There are 2 rooms with king size beds and en suite bathroom!!!The outdoor area is great for entertainment with a pool and fire pit. The only suggestion would be to provide a written “guide” for basic instructions for the house(tv instructions, how to use fire pit etc). I find it inconvenient to use a cell phone to look for information regarding how to operate household items.

No guide to give you instructions

Make sure you inquire that the pool is clean and usable, it wasn’t when we were there. Also no instructions on starting the fire pit. It took us about an hour to figure it out. One of the guys had to go into a shed on the property and turn on the gas and it was still very difficult to light.

Fantastic Fully Equipped Family Vacation Property

I want to start by saying that this is by far the best vacation rental home that I have ever stayed in. I don't use the word "home" lightly...you literally feel like you are at home as soon as you walk through the door. Every single bedroom is equipped with comfy furnishings, like REAL furniture, not cheap stuff. Lots of extra towels, pillows, comforters, and throws for snuggling on the couches with. The kitchen is fully equipped, like FULLY EQUIPPED, multiple coffee makers, plenty of silverware, every size pot and pan and extras, storage containers, utensils, literally EVERYTHING! Now let's get to the best part, the outside! The covered and screened patio provided the perfect back drop for a Florida fun filled weekend in the sun (or shade if you're my Mother) A large table with 8 chairs AND like 6 extras was provided. 5 pool lounge chairs. TONS of pool toys and floats. The pool was pristine and the perfect temperature. There is also a nice green space with a half basketball court that was fun for the young adults and a beautiful fire pit that served us well in the evenings for family conversations and lots of laughs! Also, the level of communication from the owners was amazing. They were quick to answer any questions, and very proactive with conversations, it was very much appreciated. We will absolutely stay here again given the opportunity!!

Disappointing stay

House was unfortunately much more worn than the photos, inside and out - master bathroom toilet didn’t work, fire pit didn’t work, issues with pool and pool heater, lots of broken screens/patio door wouldn’t close. Many signs of wear and tear throughout the house- saggy and uncomfortable beds, peeling paint in bathrooms, limited and old beach gear. The rental company did resolve the main issues within 48 hours of our stay but seemed surprised that we 1) were super disappointed these things were broken in the first place and 2)didn’t want to supervise all of these workers coming and going to the house- it’s clear the house just is not being well maintained or managed and it shouldn’t be on the renter to resolve. Area was convenient to restaurants, grocery, and beach but not in a great neighborhood itself. I have stayed at 20 rental properties and this one was the biggest disappointment. All other reviews were glowing when I last checked but they do not match our experience sadly.
