The property was just as pictured and described! It was a perfect location!! It was extremely clean and had everything we needed. Jamie did a wonderful job of answering our questions and we would definitely recommend staying here and would come back. The beds were so comfortable, towels fluffy and everything was just perfect!!!Thank you so much!

Tucked in a neighborhood behind busy King St this charming apartment was a gem! It was clean with incredibly comfortable beds and the porch was a terrific place to end the day. It was within walking distance to everything we wanted to see. A perfect place to stay while visiting Charleston.

Beautiful place Great location

This property was perfect! Great location, great layout and love that there were 3 beds and 2 full baths. Cute kitchen and lovely covered porch made it the perfect spot for us. We loved it and would definitely stay again!!

Our Charleston stay was fantastic. The home is just as pictured. The beds were so comfortable, and the bathrooms were spotless and beautifully appointed. We slept in everyday we were there. The location is perfect for being right off King Street and near everything. We couldn’t have asked for a greater place to spend our pre-Xmas holiday. Thanks so much for an incredible stay.

Property was perfect. Location was ideal- just one block from the heart of King Street, with parking right behind the unit. Everything in the space was well thought out such as outlets, hooks, amenities. Beds were very comfortable and unit was spotless. Overall, could not have asked for a better spot to stay for SEWE weekend!

Great place, great location

House was as described - clean, well organized and appointed, comfortable and attractive. A great base for our visit to Charleston for some fishing. I would stay here again. Ample parking, coffee within walking distance, easy access to downtown.

Wonderful apartment near King St!

We stayed at this property for a brief getaway during the Charleston Wine & Food Festival 2025. The location was fantastic -- close enough to all of the action on King St but still somewhat quiet and removed. The apartment was well appointed and clean with lots of historic charm.

Fabulous days in Charleston were enhanced by this quiet getaway home. Kitchen was perfect for cozy morning meals where pots and dishes abound. Easy access with safety features and exemplary service.

Charleston Comfort!

Lovely 2 bedroom 2 bath town home. Super clean and new well equipped kitchen. Comfy beds with nice linens. Walkable neighborhood with many great restaurants. Property manager very responsive to whatever you might need. Charleston is a gem!

Amazing day in Charleston. This was our first visit. Saint Phillips Square apartment was our little home away from home and we never wanted to leave. We enjoyed it so much. Well equipped with everything you need. Very clean, comfortable and cozy. The grounds were super clean and while taken care of. Jamie was super responsive. We loved every minute.

Absolutely perfect!

We had such a wonderful stay for a long girls’ weekend in Charleston! This was the most perfect apartment in the best downtown location right near King St! It was beautiful inside and nicely decorated. The apartment is in a perfect location either a quick walk or a short Uber ride to any destination.

Beautiful condo right by King St…can walk to everything and the property management is so friendly

We had such a great trip to Charleston, and this condo was the perfect spot for us. It was ideal for our family of 4…beautifully designed and very practical. It would also be great for 2/3 couples for a fun trip. Short walk to many restaurants/bars/shops in the King St area, easy on-site parking, really cool local architecture, and the property management was incredible. Definitely southern hospitality!

Wonderful Charleston Home Base

My sister and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The unit is gorgeous and well-equipped with everything you would need in the kitchen and bathrooms, plus super-soft beds and bedding. The unit has a great layout and we really appreciated each having our own ensuite bathroom. The location is perfect and we were able to walk almost everywhere we wanted to go in the area, plus we enjoyed the outdoor space and the easy parking. Highly recommended!
