We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would definitely stay again. Only complaints.. parking was not fun and was really noisy during the early mornings due to construction. Oh one more thing.. the upstairs bed is really squeaky. It was a very nice place.

We had a wonderful stay in the French Quarter Charleston. The home was ideally located and central to shops and restaurants. The check in process was easy and we had no problems during the entire stay. We would recommend the property for someone looking to enjoy downtown Charleston and wanted to walk everywhere.

very clean, adorable house in the best location possible. so responsive and easy to work with the management company. they replaced a non working blow dryer within hours and also replaced the batteries in a smoke alarm that went off randomly in the very early morning hours (which was highly unfortunate but not their fault). highly positive experience overall and will definitely be back!

The apartment was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the location was absolutely perfect! Easy walk to the waterfront, and so many excellent restaurants, and cafes! And.. surprisingly quiet at night!

This property location is really great. Within walking distance to so many things! Having a parking space in a nearby garage for your car was a bonus. We had 4 people so it would have been nice if the kitchen was equipped with more items (dishes, storage containers, basic seasonings) but not the biggest deal. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your property, we would definitely stay again!

Great location, walkable to most of Charleston’s activities. We went during the summer and the crowds were down, so mostly quiet location. Except in the morning when trash pickup can by. Every morning 6:30-7:00 am.

Great place to stay for family vacation!

We loved our stay here. The property was very clean and well maintained. We enjoyed its close proximity to downtown and kings street. Will stay again soon!

Anniversary Trip

We enjoyed our stay. The best part was it was within walking distance to every where we wanted to go. Restaurant and bars were enjoyable.

This is the perfect location! We loved this home it felt very Charleston and worked perfectly for our family of four and small pup! We were able to comfortably walk to all the must stops of Charleston! Would highly recommended this property!

Fantastic location

By far one of the best locations to stay at. You're close to everything that makes Charleston so soecial. Our place was clean and the host was readily available.

Perfect location in the heart of town.

Property is located near the best restaurants in Charleston. Accommodations are comfortable with kitchen and living area on first floor and 2 medium sized bedrooms and full bath on 2nd floor.

Lovely townhouse in the heart of historic downtown Charleston. Restaurant's, great shopping all within walking distance. King Street, Broad Street all within 5 mins of townhouse. Staff is amazing with communication within minutes. Very helpful.

The properties pictures misrepresented the apartment. On the verge of a fraudulent level. The stairs were extremely steep and dangerous for elderly patrons or children. The lower level bathroom was the size of an outhouse. The beds were too soft and the rooms were very small. When you pay 800-1000 per night it should have been better. The lady completely blew me off when I had a concern with the stairs. My parents are in their 80’s. Not easy for them to get up and down. Can’t recommend this property or this company

Perfect Charleston Weekend Getaway!

We couldn’t have asked for a better location and stay for our group of 4 coming in from CA and TX for a great long weekend in Charleston! Location was absolutely ideal for everything we wanted to do, walked everywhere and close to historic sightseeing, restaurants and shops. Communication with property managers clear and responsive, beautifully maintained unit, and perfect for our vacation.
