We had a bit of unfortunate timing with our trip, but the owner was very responsive and helpful throughout the process - the unit was clean and had easy parking and was centrally located to all of our kids tournament events, it is a great location and peaceful. For a small family trip it’s one of our top choices, thank you!

Our condo Hawaii was extremely clean and full of so many amenities that my cousin and I were quite amazed!(as in back up toilet paper, paper towels, coffee, creamer, jelly, and jam, etc…). Our host immediately answered the few questions we had. I loved walking to the pool in under a minute. It was clean with a beautiful view of the palm trees, and the pond with Koi. The kitchen had every utensil you could think of. We loved living there for two weeks. We spent most of our time at night out on the porch, which was lovely. When we were about to go snorkeling and rent equipment , we found Equipment in a big tub out on the porch along with noodles and boogie boards! The hose has Beach towels hanging in the closet. We enjoyed a five star experience.

The listing was technically accurate but there were a lot of negatives. The property is run down on the exterior, and not welcoming at all. Think homeless people in parking lot and constant pot smoking and dog barking next door. The apartment was clean but very cluttered. And air conditioning is misrepresented…window unit in 2nd bedroom is all. Refrigerator had leftover condiments, etc. Some may think that’s helpful but I’m not eating someone else’s food! Owner was helpful by phone but after 4 days we left. All I can say is don’t trust photos!

Thank you for the stay! There were several HUGE storms this year, still recovering. The apartment complex has “no pets, no smoking “, you may report to security if it happens or noticed homeless, they are onsite 7x24.

The beds in this rental were amazing, I dont know what it is but we slept so well. My mom said she got the best night of sleep at this place.

Communication was excellent and very attentive to our needs. We needed to change our plans and shave off a day at the beginning of our trip and the host was very accommodating to change the length of stay and issue us a one day refund. The location was fun seeing wild chickens and nature everywhere. We came with a family with 3 boys ages 8-10 and got no complaints about the accommodations.

This property was very clean and nice! The host was very friendly and easy to contact! My friend and I stayed for our exams and it was a very convenient and comforting place to stay during that time. The amenities were very helpful as well.

The host was quick to respond to assist. There were a lot of amenities to use. We didn’t use anything in the kitchen but it was fully stocked with everything. The place was spacious and beautiful. Few missed cleanliness details but was addressed right away. Beautiful touches as well that were greatly appreciated.

Smaller place but well equipped kitchen, bathroom, and bedrooms. There was broken glass in the corner of the living room that we had to clean up and generally it wasn't the cleanest when we checked in.Location was good and made it easy to travel around Hilo and the east side of the island.The property owner was great and communicated quickly.

Decent base for excursions.

Pictures were a little nicer than it actually is, but overall clean and okay to stay in. Bare minimum necessities. Didn’t mind staying there, but wouldn’t stay there again. Host was very nice.

Nice little condo

Nice cute little condo close to downtown and parks. The exterior of the complex is a little dated but the condo itself is nice and quite.
